Everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgable and were able to address our needs quickly; however they took the time to answer all of our questions and were very warm and friendly.
My husband and I had an eye exam with Dr. Eisenberg who was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions.
If you are looking for a large selection of frames — They Absolutely Cannot Be Beat!!!
We worked with Frank who took us through their selection and helped us find the perfect look.
When it came time to pick up our glasses they were ready in less than a week due to doing everything in house.
Randy the owner made sure the fit was perfect. Their prices are very competitive and they also take insurance.

I’d never give them another penny. They have great customer service when you’re buying, but if your frames break in a few months like the two pairs I purchased there did, then they don’t want to know you. They do not stand by what they sell. I then reported them to the Better Business Bureau however Golden Eye and Ear already had an «F» rating and did not answer the letter sent by the BBB regarding my complaint as they hadn’t answered any of the other complaints. Buyer beware! The frames may look beautiful in the showcase, but don’t expect them to last more than a few months on your eyes. If your pocketbook can handle that, then you’ll be a happy frequent flyer. I found another independent eyeglass store/​optician with equally beautiful frames that don’t self destruct.

the sales people are liars. They tell you you’re getting a brand name prescription lens but when checked with 3 other stores, I was told I paid for something I didn’t get. The Doctor does not know what he’s doing. Compared his prescription to another place I went to and he was way off!!! I lost time and money. This place should be closed down.

Best place around. Really good service and excellent prices. I have been wearing glasses for years. Gone to boca, delray and Boynton. This is, by far, the best place.

Very happy with service and product. No long wait times. Lenses came in as ordered. Glasses fit the first time. They also helped fix the fit on a pair of glasses that I didn’t get from them at no charge.

A Diamond in the rough for designer frames! No joke! They have high designer for more then half the price. They fit your lenses in the store, and contacts are less then $ 20. This place is worth checking out and easier on your wallet!
