More of a salon than a barber shop. Staff is friendly but they are not real barbers, they are stylists… there’s a difference. The haircut was decent. The décor is nice. Place has an upscale feel to it. Haircut includes Shampoo, hot towel and a complimentary drink. However, I can’t justify paying $ 29 for a haircut. If being pampered is your thing, you might enjoy this place. But if you’re looking for a high quality cut at a reasonable price, go to a real barber shop.

I pay for monthly service and go once a week for haircut, shave and a semi-facial type thing. The owner David is a nice guy and my barber Jason is amazing. My father always gets a haircut from Jurrell when he visits(He is always happy with the cut). I really like the way they wash your hair after the cut, so you don’t have tons of loose hair everywhere when you finish. My only criticism is that the towels(hot or cold) always feel rough and cheap. Kind of like sandpaper, but that might be from constantly being washed… Anyway, great place

I am in Delray on vacation and My son need a hair cut. We came across Kennedy’s by chance. What a great experience! Loved it! I went back a few days later and got my hair cut by Jason. He did a great job. I love this place! If I lived here, this would be the only place my son and I would go for our grooming! Thank you!

Haircut was decent, but expensive for an one time cut($ 25). I would check out the membership for 40/month unlimited cuts. Overall better than supercuts or hair cuttery.

Absolutely horrible. The worst haircut I have ever got in my life. I wanted to just shave my head afterwards. I shouldn’t of paid for the haircut but I felt bad for the person who cut it. I will never go back there or ever tell anyone to go there. I’m embarrassed to leave the house with a haircut like this. Way over priced for a product that looks like this. Honestly Helen Keller could of did a better job. I asked for a low fade and go more then half my head shaved. I wish I could get my money back.

Long term customer(client). I have written a favorable review for the Kennedy organization. First time for Unilocal. As I hope you can see I was there today at 11am, March 17(St. Patty’s Day). Two barbers on duty early Sunday morning. For the first time Piper Bery(named after Piper Laurie) cut my hair after a brief consult as to how short it should be. She made the perfect recommendation. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Okay I don’t have much hair, but I talk alot… and she made sure I was shaved in the back of the neck and offered a shampoo to ensure all the loose hairs were washed away… made sure my bushy eyebrows were not too bushy, etc. Thorough. Friendly, but not too. Engaging, but not too. Professional. I will ask for Piper next time I make an appointment, which I recommend you do. First time? Easy to find. Great surroundings. More branches are planned. It is a success. Owner David is a class guy. Thanks for reading. TIP: Be sure to ask for what I call the valid and useful frequent haircut card to keep you costs down.

I met the owner of the shop shortly after the iPhone 4S launched in 2011. David Solomon and his son, also named Zachary, came by the Apple Store to upgrade their smartphones. As their Specialist, I recall the experience being notably pleasant. Somewhere along the way, I acquired Mr. Solomon’s business card, probably in exchange for mine. Fast forward maybe eighteen months. By this time, I had surely lost Mr. Solomon’s information, but came across the shop while searching for a well rated barber on . The shop had mixed reviews, solely due to Mr. Nick R.‘s review, and while I cannot speak to his experience, I can assure you my experience was nothing but stellar. I called in about 9 a.m. to ask about prices and scheduling, and was pleasantly surprised that I would be seen within the hour. The cut would cost no more than my regular(and often regrettably sub-par) barber. When I arrived, Ms. Sharon welcomed me by name and offered a glass of ice water while I waited for my barber. When Mr. Charles arrived, I showed him a few photos of how I’d like my hair cut. Pleasant company, warm towel, and neck massage aside, this was the best haircut I’ve ever had, and I’m not one to be overly hyperbolic. I’ve recommended Kennedy’s to all my friends and family, with or without hair. The shop is a gem. Simple as that. I’ve often felt anxiety about getting a haircut; it’s not something you can control. I can honestly say that I can trust Mr. Charles with cutting my hair. I can fully endorse Kennedy’s. For me, Mr. Solomon’s business, which is ran by true gentlemen and ladies, is top notch. Go see for yourself. Zac Hall

I tried twice… both times Kennedy’s misses the mark. The first time I wanted a haircut on a Saturday so I called to see what times were available. The woman on the other side of the phone had very poor customer service, if was if as you were calling Walmart. A quick answer.“Kennedy’s…” — so I said yes I’d like to come in today, what’s the earliest time you have available… as I was finishing she began speaking with someone else in the Shop, completely interrupting me — I ended up hanging up and decided not to go. All that I have read is they promote themselves as high-class, traditional, classic gentleman’s haircut… so far not so good. So about 3 weeks later, I had Friday off and decided to get there at 9am when they open. I entered to find a great atmosphere but one female barber. No other employees. No ‘gentleman’ to cut nor shave. She was cutting someones hair and she asked me if I had an appointment. I told her no since it says Walk-ins welcome. She looked upset, and slowl moped over to the desk to look at the appt. Book. She looks through and says she has a 1 o’clock…and yes, it’s 9am. I have short hair, a cut for me wouldn’t take more than 15 mins… so I said«ooooook, I guess I’ll go somewhere else» and she didn’t say anything and walked back to her haircut. No cuts service to get me in next time, no I’m sorry… just poor service. I doubt I’ll try to actually get a haircut here again
