Exceptional service by Manager Kimberlin! She literally went out of her way to make sure all of the customers got their orders in a timely fashion. I went during a lunch rush and the line was pretty long and I thought twice about waiting on the line due to my lunch only being 30 minutes but I waited anyway. I made a good choice because Kimberlin had us in and out. My chicken strips were cooking so for the wait she gave me an extra one! This is the only KFC that will get a good review from me. GOODJOB!

After a year this location still doesn’t really have the hang of breakfast lunch and dinner are great but breakfast is a crapshoot. The staff are great though and very friendly!

Been to this branch for a drive-thru 3x, and I must say that they have the most courteous, most polite, very well mannered employees! I can’t say any other words but WOW. Never been treated w much respect and gratitude from any other drive thru chain staffs!!!

Never again using their drive through its been close to 15 mins and I’m stil 2 cars behind. Ridiculous. No one inside. Thought it would be easier to use it but this is plain pathetic !

I know Unilocalers will NOT be too excited about KFC, but I saw a commercial on television and had a craving so I decided to give it a try. I had two pieces of chicken — one original and one extra crispy and they both were very good. It came with a biscuit that also was pretty good. I am a Coke dude and this place only has Pepsi products but that was not a huge issue for me. The only complaint I have is the cheapo quality of the plastic forks and knives, but they are significantly better than the Sporks(combo spoon/fork) from years ago. The interesting observation I had was how impressed I was with the Manager Carlos. He was there up front behind the cash register and greeted me when I walked in, offered suggestions on the menu, thanked me several times for coming in, and appeared to be training other employees. I am not sure if Carlos is an owner or manager or trainer, but he was awesome and KFC better promote him or some other restaurant should snatch him up as his relationship with the employees and training style was impressive. While sitting down, an employee walked by to inquire how my meal was and offered to clean the table when I as done. All the employees appeared to be happy and as a customer I felt the vibe. To be honest, I was blown away by the great SERVICE I received at this fast food restaurant. I know that may be an oxymoron to discuss service at KFC, but the Manager Carlos(wish I knew his last name) really is rocking this fried chicken joint.
