This is my go to late night snack. Each visit takes me back to 1982. There is always a line but it moves super quick. I have been through the menu and find it very consistent. My comfort choice is a bean burrito, no onions plus sour cream. Wish it was open now… I got nothing here

The best place in all the land. I do love me some taco bell all day every day and I am craving it right now as I write this review.

It’s not everyday that taco bell gets 4 stars but their customer service was advice and beyond what I am used to for a fast food joint. I ordered the 3 Doritos hardshell tacos and a Mexican pizza. The tacos were stuffed good bite when I opened my wrapper or wasn’t the ones I ordered. I wasn’t going to say anything because I don’t like to make waves. What mage this a speak experience was that the cashier came over and asked if everything was up to our expectations. I explained the confusion of the order and she apologized and made 3 Doritos tacos at no charge and included a dessert. Never had I experienced that and for that service, taco bell gets the stars they deserve.

I love Mexican food and often eat at some of the better chains i.e. Tijuana Flats, Chipotle & Moe’s which are all Mexican style fast food chains that offer fresh food. I’ve never cared for Taco Bell but when I heard they now offered a new bowl dish that was created by Chef Lorena Garcia who I’m familiar with, I thought it would have to be good but I was sorely mistaken! It wan’t just that it didn’t taste good but everything was bad. The rice in it was wet and mushy, the guacamole had a slimy texture. It didn’t have a smooth avocado feel. It was gross! The tomatoes you could tell we’re days old and the chicken was rubbery and tasteless! It was obvious none of it was fresh made. It seemed like it was all cooked days or weeks ago, stored or froze and then all reassembled and microwaved. Which is exactly what I think it is. Taco Bells food prep area isn’t even capable of preparing fresh, made to order food so it was stupid of me to think that Taco Bell now had a «fresh» offering on its menu. It wasn’t just bad, it was AWFUL! I will continue eating at Tijuana Flats and Chipotle or as a last resort Moe’s to get good, fast Mexican carry out!

Drive through is all I have experienced, but it’s always efficient and they always make your food well, not sloppy.
