They make a very good sandwich. Always fresh ingredients. The counter help has been historically sassy(in a playful way). It’s a lot quieter since the one girl left. They don’t take credit cards. Unusual for a restaurant. I would probably eat there more often if they did. Subtracted one star for this. I’ve actually had to walk out because of this.

The Sandwich Man Pizza Too ROCKS! Great food and great prices! New York style subs, with the bread we New Yorkers love and can’t find anywhere else in Florida. My Greek salad was huge, delicious and included a big piece of that lovely NY style bread. The service was prompt, the restaurant spotlessly clean. The owner came out for a bit to say hello to customers, what a nice guy he seemed to be. I will definitely be back!!! BTW, even the coffee was awesome!!!

SOGOOD! Our office orders from there 2 – 3 times a week and we love the food. Great for a breakfast sandwhich!

Certainly the closest thing to northeast style sub sandwiches. The bread is decent, but lacks the crunch you would like. I don’t go there frequently, maybe 6 times a year, but I always get the Red Russian sandwich. It’s a roast beef and Swiss with lettuce tomato and Thousand Island dressing. I have them add oil, vinegar, and onions to round it out. The large sandwich is $ 9.25, and will fill you up for the whole day. The roast beef is always medium rare, thin sliced, well seasoned, and the star of the show. On my last visit, I tried a sausage, peppers and onions parmigiana sub. Three words. Don’t do it. Their sausage was mushy and had no snap. They used Deli slicing provolone which had no flavor. Who uses provolone instead of mozzarella on a parmigiana sandwich? I actually took it back up, and they were very gracious and immediately made me the Red Russian I had really gone for. The décor is basic sandwich shop with Burger King style booths. The menu is dizzying with specials on 8.5×11″ paper posted all about and hard to read because they are laminated and the light hits it in such a way that you can’t read them. I actually pick up a paper menu at the door. Without question, they will add or delete items from any sandwich, and if they have it in stock they can make it for you if its not on the menu. The ordering Counter staff yells a lot. In some places it adds atmosphere, but in this place it’s a nuisance and echoes through the restaurant. Think low class Jersey Shore. I always feel like the girls think they are doing me a favor by taking my order and my money. They have two different sized soda cups. They give you a smaller cup if you’re eating in, but if you are taking a to go order they give you a 32 ounce cup for the same price. I would just rather have the choice of buying the bigger cup so I don’t have to get up and down while I’m eating my sandwich to get a refill. Plus, if you are drinking iced tea, you can’t really get much in the smaller cup. It’s really a three-and-a-half star performer, but that wasn’t a choice so I deducted down to 3 stars for the loud rude girls at the front counter, the hard booths which are too small for big guys, and the small cups if I choose to eat in.

Glad I only ordered the Turkey Wedge, it was huge. A lot more going on than I expected when I walked in. Everyone thinks they can make a great sandwich, but this place delivered. I plan on stopping in again.

Today I ordered delivery from them @ 1:50pm. I live literally 5 mins down the street but I couldn’t leave my house cause of my kids. They said 45 mins, which sounds great to me because I’m hungry. I waited approximately an hour and 15 minutes before I called them. Someone picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back and no answer. The food never came… LOL. What a joke. That’s a great way to do business. Thanks for being professional. If you couldn’t deliver the food then why take the order? Now my kids and I are screwed since we’ve been waiting around for no reason and could’ve easily chosen another place to get sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

You’ll be lucky to order early enough to get a pork roll egg and cheese for breakfast. To die for and a rarity in delray. Everything you order is always good and good quality. Chicken cheese steaks and fries are great! They also have great desserts available to order. The simplest way is to order through grubhub. Only downside is very long delivery time. But if you happen to go into the store it’s a pleasant experience. Very clean and legit.

I’ve written a couple reviews of this place, it’s obvious I love the chicken parm. Always packed with so much flavor! And always cooked to perfection. I tried the eggplant parm however, and I utterly regretted it. The eggplant was so mushy and normally it’s wonderful how jam packed the subs are, but with eggplant wasn’t appealing at all. The black and white cookie is huge! Always soft and moist

Just finished my lunch from sandwich man, I ordered a turkey sub which turned out to be humongous and an order of fries which tbh the Fry order could have been bigger. The turkey sub was stuffed and incredible. I would say it’s the best sub I’ve ever had in Delray Beach. My mom got the meatball sub and she absolutely loved it. The delivery driver was really friendly. This is my fourth time ordering from here and definitely plan on doing it again. The delivery time was incredibly fast and ordering online was easy. I highly recommend everyone come to the sandwich man for all your food needs. I haven’t tried the pizza yet but I’ve heard great things about their pizza as well.

Guy working in the back presumably the manager, was screaming at and belittling the female workers there. Completely unacceptable. Sandwhich was no better than a publix sub.

I’ve been looking for a good pizza place. I found it. Got a 16″ cheese pizza. Suprised me. Thought it was going to be another thin dry pizza. Not the case. We loved it. Also got the«Biggie Mike Special». It was huge and tasted great. Even the choc. chip cookies were good. They were soft and not dry at all. If you are craving good food that won’t hurt your pocket give them a try. P. S. the prices listed on Unilocal aren’t updated. Not a huge difference but still. The pizza was actually $ 11.95 and the sub was $ 7.25 as of 03÷24÷15. Still good and worth it.

Really good subs. I’ve been stopping here off and on for almost 10 years. The employees are grace under pressure… no matter now busy they are, they remain cheerful, yet no-nonsense. I almost always have some special request in my order, and never once has there been an omission or error with what I received. They use really good quality ingredients, and absolutely never under-stuff a sandwich.

I am 100% biased because my boyfriends family owns this place. This was my first time here. This place is HUGE, friendly and inviting. I tried the pizza and it was delicious. I usually don’t bother eating the crust but I did here because it was so yummy The next day my boyfriend and I got sandwiches right at the end of the day when you’d expect hard stale bread. Nope! The bread was nice and soft. I’ve eaten at a lot of delis and even if my boyfriends family didn’t own this place I would still be a customer. My sandwich was jam packed with turkey and was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t finish it so we brought the other half home.

This place only accepts cash. We came here in the morning and made it time for breakfast. They stop serving breakfast at 10:40(yeah, I thought it was weird too), so keep that in mind. I ordered a ham and egg sandwich with croissant, thinking that it was going to be small since it was $ 3.50, but it wasn’t. This sandwich came out pretty big, perhaps 7 inches in diameter, and man, was it delicious! I’m used to dunkin donut sandwiches, but this place beats it by a lot. Make sure they get the ham a little burnt; it made the sandwich so much better. My friend ordered the same with a bagel, since he didn’t see a sign of to the side that it can come with a croissant. His ham didn’t look as good as mine did, and he said it was already filling when he got half way through. Get the croissant! Also, the sausage is NOT like those breakfast sausages they serve at Denny’s; it those good ones you have to cut up in oval-like pieces. Last thing, there’s a pretty cute lady who works there. Go get her, boys.

After a morning of travel, my family was hungry and looking for a quick, light lunch to hold us over before dinner. Luckily we passed Sandwich Man Pizza Too at the perfect time. My dad went for a few slices of pizza, but after great consideration my husband and I went with sandwiches. I had the hot ham and cheese and my husband went with the cold ham. I’m so glad we each went with the six inches. Used to a Subway six inch, I was shocked how large this sandwich was! It was stuffed to the gills with fresh meat and the fixings of my pleasing. We could have split a six inch and walked out content. We ended up taking half our sandwiches to go and they made for tasty leftovers later on. It took longer than expected to get our sandwiches however the place was casual and both the staff and clientele seemed down to earth.
