Stein Mart

Came in looking for palazzo pants and hit the mother lode! Great selection and they were 60% off and I had a 40% email coupon! Got 5 of them and then my daughter got a pair of really soft pajama pants and also got 40% off.
They also have a great selection of clothing for any age and home items, bags, accessories, etc.
Our cashier was Helen and she was so friendly, professional and helpful. Made the whole shopping experience even better!

Store is clean, organized and there is plenty of free parking.

I wasn’t very impressed with this store. The floor was so crowded with racks and racks of merchandise, I felt like I was trapped. Trying to maneuver my cart through the isles was challenging to say the least. Shopping in this location was just not fun for me and I usually enjoy Stein Mart too.
The prices were fair, comparable to their other locations. Even with such a large inventory packed in this store, sorting through it was more aggravation than it was worth.
I didn’t notice more than three associates on the floor. They seemed panicked and stressed. The ladies accessory department was unorganized and sloppy. No rhyme or reason to the design of the floor layout. In fact I found the store to be poorly laid out. I literally felt like I was trying to work my way through a maze. I couldn’t wait to leave this store and get away from the chaos.
I usually do well when shopping in a Stein Mart, especially in the accessory area. I think that this location needs a lot of work. I can’t see myself returning anytime soon.
Located just a few stores down from Trader Joes, the location is certainly convenient. There was a lot of available parking on a Saturday afternoon. Not all the stores are open yet, so I don’t expect parking will always be this easy, especially after Pier One opens.
If you are a Stein Mart shopper, you may find this location to be disappointing. I know I was.
