We are current renters with aardvark, we have been here in the same place for almost 4 years. When we arrived here the property was a disaster, i cleaned it all myself, wasn’t part if the lease or anything, it was all trashy when we moved in, i cleaned it for nothing, it took us a year and a half to get a new roof, they never finished putting on the gutters, the tile in the shower was falling off the wall and the drywall was soaked and also falling off. They didn’t hire a PROFESSIONAL that knew what they were doing, they sent they’re son who has from the work iv seen very little experience in construction, took him 4 months to do a 2 week job. We asked for a snow break to be put over my door so i didn’t get killed by ice falling 10′ off of my roof. They put a piece of TIN for a snow break! WHAT KIND IF IDIOT USES A PIECE OF TIN FOR A SNOW BREAK??? Anyways, they were just here to show off the house witch they could have done after we were gone but nah! They didn’t even knock, just walked right in like they own the place. Our rent is paid in full every month btw incase u were wondering. Yes it’s been late a few times but we always paid it. This kind if rudeness and lack of care or respect
to your tenets is unacceptable!!!
