My wife purchased a small remote controlled drone yesterday, today I tried to purchase replacement blades for it, there are none to be had, not from the store or from . The drone is useless w/o blades, but the incredibly smug manager, TIM, he wouldn’t give me his last name, made the decision that I could not return it because some of the little plastic blades were in a tree at my house. TIM did say that as of April 1st they could no longer order replacement blades, too bad he didn’t mention this to my wife when she purchased this on April 3rd. Beware! Radio Shack is «restructuring» and customer service is no longer a priority, and management has been reduced to a little punk with a bad attitude, and the authority to sell merchandise they know they cannot support. I will get a refund, but because of the pitiful little boy playing store manager, I will have to waste more of my time. Avoid a bad experience by avoiding the Denham Springs Radio Shack.
