Really great sandwiches and a very professional, friendly staff. My only complaint is that the self-serve drink machine & its 8 million or so drink possibilities is a little complex for an «old timer» like me.

Too expensive for a sandwich, staff here is mediocre at best, and this particular establishment is poorly managed. I don’t know about some people around here but most have nothing good to say.

I drove to Denison from Howe yesterday and it was closed. The website on google states that the Denison location is open till 10:00pm on Friday. The guy at the drive thru was rude and had an attitude after I stated what the website said. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t lying and for me to check again. It was a bad experience for me to have since I haven’t eaten at the location in Denison.

You know your in trouble when you come to visit family, then go to the new Schlotzky’s in Denison, and you see workers not caring at all what they do — basically just their to collect a paycheck, and the result, is the food you get shows it, and tastes like they put it in the microwave for over an hour and tastes like you are trying to eat beef jerky — hopefully this location will get better with time!

Most consistent good food in the area. I’ve been coming here for about 6 months or so. Typical schlotzkeys food. I can’t think this place is as deserving of the poor Unilocal reviews since this place is always busy for lunch. The other places in the specific area are mostly empty during lunch and at best have sub-par food. This is one of my gotos when I’m here.

I honestly use to hate this place. I finally decided to give it another try back in December and I have been coming since. The sandwiches have always been fresh. Only one has my bread been… chewy. Fruit has always been good+. The service is decent. They give the proper getting with a smile and the food has always been out promptly.

It took a very long time to get our order, and when we did two of the sandwiches were wrong. It’s very expensive for what you get. Nothing impressive…

Something must have been seriously wrong. My order of a single pizza took 45 minutes to come out, and by the time it made it to me was cold and hard. There appeared to be plenty of people working behind the counter, so I’m not sure what might have been going on, but I won’t be able to trust stopping here on a lunch break.

Just plain love Their sandwiches! Glad they are a part of our community again! Def picking up sandwiches weekly!

Lackluster at best. A week after their grand opening, I walked in around 8pm for a sandwich. Cars dotted the parking lot and there was a decent line in the drive-thru… both good signs. Inside it was packed and there were employees running everywhere. After I placed my simple order of a Smoked Turkey Breast on Sourdough, I waited… and waited… and waited. All in all, it took close to 30 minutes to arrive at my table. And then? It was missing mustard and cheese. Normally, that wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but when you charge me $ 1.09 for less than a ¼ cup of shredded cheddar and leave it off, then yeah, I’m gonna ask about it. On top of that, they didn’t heat the sandwich after they corrected the mistake and half of it continued to fall out of the bread as I tried to eat it. Also, they were entirely overstaffed for how long it was taking the orders to leave the kitchen. I had a good view into the back and, no lie, out of 15 or so employees crowded around the prep area, 5 or 6 we’re just standing around twiddling their thumbs. For $ 11, I was obviously not impressed. This is probably just opening week jitters, but I’m not going to hold my breath.
