The staff were safe and thoughtful. The van to the marina(5 mins) was clean and well driven — and saved us $ on parking — which they took back with a lame 40+ photo AND video package(in addition to the $ 80/per person 600 foot level). The guy doing the rigging doubled as the photog and while they tried some fun photos, basically his lens was too short to capture anything decent in the air, depth of field skills need a brush up(shark biting the tether), and most of them are while we are on the stern of the boat in harnesses. The video is mostly of the tether rope — boring and useless. For $ 40 and no chance to review them at the office, well, its clearly a rip off. Overall it was fun, 600 feet was plenty, although they will upcharge you for 800 or 1000(free $ 25 t-shirt). Basically you just go around in circles by the marina. Its just ok — had better.

Although somewhat outdated, I’m surprised to see such poor reviews for this place. The staff was very friendly. Prices are a little steep, but if you’re lucky, you can find great deals on Groupon. I was also happy that I didn’t have to pay for parking. My kids and I visited Dennis Parasail & Jet Ski this summer to ride on the jet skis. We had a great time and will definitely go back.

Had a great trip this week, 2 went jet skiing, 3 went parasailing. Ha, I paid the bill! Had very good customer service, appreciated the attention to safety and fun. This is the 4th year –we return because of the above. Thanks for a great day!

Since the owner of the business saw fit to respond I will also. First the owner was not present and when I asked the staff to get him on the phone I was told he was unavailable. I never saw a return phone call. I never demanded a special time to ski. In fact I never demanded anything just regular old booking. The unforeseen circumstances were they overbooked which in my opinion could have been foreseen. I checked with the coast guard and two other Jet Ski companies and no one has ever heard its illegal to place a child in front of you on a jet ski. If the child is behind you how would you know if they fell off? After a two to three hour wait with 6 people 4 of them children, the owner is right, we were not going to be happy. As to me being rude, angry would be more accurate. The staff was okay except for the incompetence and one girl in particular who was unbelievable rude to me. The whole staff is in their teens to early 20’s and no owner present. I questioned the leader(I use the term loosely) about what training she had or what safety courses she had taken to give her this vast knowledge and she replied she had no training or licenses whatsoever. We have been 3 times to and its been great. They have plenty of Ski’s no waiting and its cheaper by $ 25 an hour. You don’t have a slow 10 minute plus ride out and back before you can Jet Ski with a leader to follow. They will pro rate if you come in early or you can do half hours as well. I just don’t need the headache and why should it be so hard and complicated to go on a jet ski? Van rides to an office ten minutes away start to ski and then a bunch of wet kids having to ride back on a van to an office. I’d rather pay the $ 10 bucks or in the alternative just go somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with the hassel. Like I said before run away now save yourself the aggravation, there’s other companies who needs the grief.

Great trip. Staff was safe, knowledgable and fun! Gorgeous harbor. Stop at the harbor café at marina for lunch after your trip — super yummy!
