Burger King

Extremely rude staff. I tried once before a few months ago with a horrible experience. I figured I can’t judge a place because of one bad time. So I gave it a good while and tried again. It’s fascinating how even with the time between just how similar the second chance was to the first. I didn’t even get past the order. I had to leave because of how insanely rude the girl was. I understand working at Burger King for a living is an extremely challenging career path. But if you can’t at least pretend to be nice, you shouldn’t have chosen such a daunting job.
Go elsewhere.

What part of «hold lettus, onions, tomatoes» did you not understand? The receipt even says «no lettus no onion no tomato» the screen when I ordered said the same thing. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me here but it will be the last.

Worst place always takes forever an never get order right. Employees don’t care about basic food safety I will be back there again

Horrible, horrible, horrible! The cashiers never seem to know what they are doing, they have a ridiculous line because they can’t even ring an order. Twice now they «forgot» to make our order. I’m not one to be rude to people, so I just won’t be back. Not to mention the manager is walking around behind the counter on his cell phone just watching his employees drown.

Great food plus great cashiers who care about you. Kinda hard getting in plus back out but worth the trouble. Great tasting burgers !

Good was good… but the girl at the drive through said «G*d dam# it» for no reason while handing me my drinks. That is totally unacceptable language to use with customers no matter what your job.

This place is full of repugnance in the word of dull, non-​intelligent, rude, crude, nasty and dirty.
It’s the only one in Denton but avoid it if ya can. This place will make you sick and vomit ! I know as I had to go to the doctor for food poisoning, doctor said undercooked meat.
That will really make you pray to the porcelain god.
See it’s so bad even an employee gave it 2 stars!!! Tells ya how bad it is!!!

Well today 10-​19-​2013. I got a note from one of the employees, Amanda B., from this place. Let’s say she works here because she lacks education to do anything more then empty trash and oil from a fryer. If you had a better education then you might enjoy some of the better things in life.
If you don’t want photos taken you must by law say no photos allowed! Otherwise it is legal sorry. Because I am an American and I have the First Amendment it is legal. Second thing any area that people have access to is considered by Texas Law as free photo domain. The only place your really safe is a restroom, changing room, or a medical facility.
Next time you want to quote the law you better look it up! Ignorance of the law is not a defense.
If you look at my first post I was not talking anything derogatory of her! However, her responses of my post are consider by most as a“cyber-bully” this is however considered a hate crime and is illegal !

I love the taste of their burgers, too bad they are in such a hard to access spot.
