It’s okay, a little nasty at times — — the restrooms… Some graveyard employees have an odd attitude. They get mouthy, sassy, and snobby at times. I have heard a few slurs from behind the counter. Seen them cause some fights. I really don’t appreciate the superiority complex some employees show towards some customers and me. They seem to water down the tea and coffee a night. That Whataburger is okey as long as you don’t mind the questionable hygiene, some fights, disrespect, and occasionally receiving a few mistakes on your orders of half cooked fries and pink dead ground beef. Oh(PS) by the way, I no longer eat the food from that restaurant anymore — — got tired of getting sick. Super FASTFOOD with a wait, it’s okey.

Come here often, but I think I’ve had my fill with what Im guessing are day old, cold fries for 13nth million time. Got a cold burger to go with my day old fries today, my gf thought we would try the new honey mustard chkn sandwich. All I can say is that I could have gone to MacDonald and at least they would have had good fries

I am a huge fan of Whataburger. This particular establishment has great food and a friendly staff just like all the Whataburgers I have been to. Unfortunately, this particular restaurant gets very crowded so it is usually noisy and the tables are sometimes dirty. The staff tends to get very chatty too which adds to the noise. This Whataburger lacks Coke Zero in their fountain lineup but all the other Whataburgers in the area have Coke Zero. Otherwise, good food and worth eating at if you feel like a burger.

It’s nice clean WhatABurger! Get mayo for fry sauce. The burgers were a little disappointing the bacon was not crisp and the cheese barely melted. Good choice of drinks. Pleasant staff Fries weren’t fresh enough for my wife but mine were fine.

Shitty service all around. Fries were cold. Shake was melted. Burger smelled like it was cooking between the girl cashiers butt cheeks. Don’t go here

The last time I visited a Whataburger, one in Irving, I wrote a review titled«Whatadissapointment». I wondered if the chain had gone downhill, or just that one place. Today, I was on the road and very hungry, and against my better judgement gave this Whataburger a try — mostly because I’m a sucker for green chilies and their green chili festival is still going on. I’m glad I stopped in! And I am very glad to say at least one Whataburger is on top of its game. I had a pattymelt topped with green chilies, and it was a pure delight! Crisp toast, melted cheese, a nice burger patty, and lots of green chilies. So many great flavors, melty delightful. Along with that, I had onion rings. I love onion rings, and these were excellent — a crisp batter, tender onions, and a lovely flavor. When they are this good, you don’t need catsup! If other people hadn’t given the place such absurdly low reviews, I’d have given them 4 stars, but after being beaten up over their coffee and drive-thru, I felt they could use a good break. Seriously though, they rocked my dinner.

So don’t go here for coffee; so far we’ve been waiting forever for them to brew some and now it seems they forgot

I HATE their two lane system. Especially when it’s raining, as you are forced to roll down your window with no overhead protection, and watch their miserable employees forced to walk out to your car three times in bad weather — once to get your credit card, then bring it back with your drink, then come back again with your food. HOW in any universe is this more streamlined?
