If you like being treated like a piece of shit, then this is the place to go. I went in to purchase two Samsung Gear 2 watches and was refused, TWICE. They had a promo going that I intended to take advantage of and when I tried, they wouldn’t show me any service. And why I finally did get the attention of some fat piece of shit, he looked up my account and said what do you want? So I told him, and he walked away like he didn’t give a shit if I got the watches or not. So I went back today, 2÷4÷16, after the promo ended and low and behold, the same sasquatch racist bastard came up to me and I told him I wanted to purchase two of the watches, at FULLPRICE, and he just turned and walked away again. So, I walked away from the watch section and into the middle display area and was looking at the white GEAR2 while my friend was inquiring about a laptop and a bluetooth speaker that he was going to buy. At this point, there were two employees standing at the end of the table, about 3 feet from me, and I said«Excuse me sir, I have a question.» To which no response. I then again said«Hey, do you guys mind if I interrupt your very important party conversation?» To which, no response. Then I said«HELLO? CAN I GETSOMEASSISTANCEPLEASE?» At that point, my friend stepped in between them so they couldn’t speak to each other any more and said«Hey, this gentleman here has been asking for assistance several times, can one of you take the time out of your busy schedule to help him?» At that point, I asked a question and got the most bullshit short answer and they went back to talking. So, I called my wife and was telling her how I was being treated and how they wouldn’t sell me the watches. My friend was about to purchase a laptop and bluetooth speaker, after he saw how I was treated, he put the stuff back and told them to forget it. At that point they walked us to the door and politely opened it for us to get the FUCKOUT so they could get back to jerking each other off. I don’t know how they stay in business when they won’t sell stuff to customers with pockets full of money. I then contacted corporate and told them about then entire two week experience and the lady was very polite. She even got her manager to approve the expired promo so I could buy the two watches at $ 99.99 with no activation fee. She put it in the notes and said all I had to do was go online and order it and it would be as easy as pie as long as I got it done by 10pm. WRONG! After being on the phone for an hour, and speaking with several reps, all reading the notes and agreeing that it was approved and I could order the watches as I was promised, supervisors would step in and put a stop to it. Until finally 10pm hit and they shut it down. Meanwhile, my wife is on the phone again with corporate explaining all of this to them and the guy, Brandon from Birmingham, AL, says he sees in the notes where I was promised the watches at $ 99.99 with no activation even tho the promo had ended, but now all I have to do is go to a different AT&T store and have them pull up my account. So, tomorrow, I’m going to give it a shot. You think it’ll work? I fuckin doubt it. I’m going to have to file a lawsuit against AT&T for racism and prejudiceness. So, to make a long story even longer but also bring it to an end, DON’T GOTOAT&T ON288. They’re HORRIBLE!!! I GIVETHEM –5STARS.

If I could give negative stars I would. Had some total douche tree stump with tats on his wrists(bad tats, no quality) produce horrible service. Will never go back, dude totally sucked they ought to fire him instantly. Like right now. The guy was a dick and when he couldn’t help us claimed«oh I work off commission anyway blah blah blah» opened the door for us on the way out. SUCKITTREESTUMP.

There’s an issue with even having to give this store 1 star! I’ve never had good service here or at their previous location. Today proved again that this store is horribly managed. How is a salesperson ever antagonistic!!! Huge letdown to continually have a store that is so poorly managed for YEARS!!!

Wish there were negative stars… went in to get help loading a ringtone… the guy that«helped» me googled how then told me it wasn’t possible to load out i had to hook it to a computer then load it… funny how the people at t mobile could do it… hmmmmm guess i pay a super expense wireless bill for horrible customer service… so annoyed

Can I give a negative number? I TRULYTRY and stay positive on my ratings but sometimes it just isn’t a choice. I made the HUGE mistake of re-signing with AT&T in February 2012. Bought an new 4G phone which had ridiculously bad reception in areas my 3G worked just fine. After getting nothing but lame excuses from this store and mgmt. clowns, I returned the phone for another one at the Apple store in Frisco, which pretty much wiped out a half day. The exchanged phone had same issue. Again, took it back to this store, mgr. said the phones were crap and said I should exchange for an AT&T phone, the new, improved one but because of music downloads I needed time to upload a server to transfer music… told me it was free, it wasn’t! Then after 7 – 10 days I was ready to exchange, guess what, all the new phones were back ordered. Give us another $ 100 and we’ll order one and then a month or so from now, you’ll receive credit. Can you just call me when the new phones arrive? No, can’t do that! AT&T, never again! This place has no clue what customer service is! It is a 3 ring circus with the clowns that stand there in their clown suits saying, aren’t we just the cutest things… now give us your $$$!

Have never had a problem with my service, but I can not pay my bill at the AT&T store on University. Why even have a store if customers can’t pay their bills? Very inconvinient to have to drive over to 288 and try to parking that tiny parking lot.
