I have NEVER experiened such terrible customer service in my life, EVER! I do not have one good thing to say about this location. I was disrespected and left with not one bit of help. Steer clear of this location at all costs. I will be spending the extra money to drive to the next town over for their store.

Although I left empty-handed, I will still give this location a solid 4 stars. I’ve been frequenting Verizon stores around Frisco/Plano/McKinney in the past few weeks trying to get my upgrade done, but no phones in stock… ever. I’m used to dealing with the semi-jerky, wanna-be know-it-all people who work at cell phone stores. It’s just something I’ve come to accept. That is until I visited the Denton Verizon store. Whoa! A non-lazy guy who actually looks up stuff in his system and checks in the back before shooting off answers?! What?! Someone who actually offers to check other stores in the area?! No way! Someone who actually offers to order the phone for me or even suggests I visit Target, Walmart, or the Apple store?! You’re kidding! An employee who actually tells me how to lower my monthly bill and lets me know of discounts offered?! WOW! Yep, it’s true.

We have dealt with this Verizon store a LOT in the past. We have always received absolutely wonderful service. Today, things seemed a bit disorganized, and we had to wait longer than normal while it seemed there were a lot of people standing around idle. One guy kept guiding us to the kiosk to pay our bill, which was not what we were there for. Once we finally got someone to help us, he was amazing! I believe his name was Chase. We were there to increase our anytime voice minutes. We expected to increase our bill, and he actually found a way to get us unlimited minutes and decrease our bill by $ 10/month. We may have grumbled momentarily, but we left happy customers, as usual. :)
