WORST customer service I have ever had in my life. Manager Matt was so rude! I have been a customer for 15 years. I returned a tablet to Matt and another sales rep and he said he would take it off my bill. Months later I am still getting a $ 90 charge and then they said they don’t have record of me returning the tablet! How did they drop the ball so bad?! He basically implied that I lied about returning it, never apologized for my wasted hours of frustration, offered me a cheaper plan for the tablet(which I don’t even have!) and then told me corporate wont help me! HORRIBLE.

I literally just sat waiting to be helped for over an hour. Was on the«list» and people kept coming in and immediately being helped. Several times. The worst fucking experience ive had at this store. No wonder everyone ive talked to would rather drive to lewisville. To hell with this location.

I just wanted to shout praises from the mountaintop for David(the tech) — HISCUSTOMERSERVICEISAMAZING! I am so grateful for his time, knowledge, guidance & patience, especially for being so empathetic towards my disability which robs my memory, comprehension, & correlation. & Ray Pena is tops too! I purchased a phone & he was extremely patient, kind and generous with his knowledge. Bless these folks abundantly!
