Love this place. Michelle is the BEST! If you want to get eyelash extensions go to here. She loves what’s she does and you can tell in her work. I had an appointment today and it took a little longer than normal. My eyelashes were in bad shape from a previous apt I had at another shop. She did her magic on them and now they look amazing. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone.

I received a gift certificate at Christmas and used it in June. The new owners said that they didn’t receive any money for gift certificates sold but they would honor it. I just asked to have my fingers and toes be polished and a few patriotic embellishments on one nail on each hand and foot. They weren’t patriotic but I think that there was a language misunderstanding and I just let it go. My nails started to show wear and tear in 48 hours but my toe polish still looks good 15 days later. All the people were very nice and polite and friendly.

I’ve been coming here for years and even though it’s under new management I still get top notch service. The family that owns the nail salon is very sweet and their employees always treat me good.

I can honestly say this was my worst pedicure experience ever. I confirmed in advance a reservation for 4 simultaneous pedicures. They assured me it could be done. They staggered each of our appointments, but placed us in a chair so as not to tip us off in advance they weren’t going to start one until they finished another. Both my sister and I were burned by paraffin wax. They were in such a rush that she didn’t even let my paraffin wax dry before removing it. Needless to say, I took the rest of it off myself when she got up to begin someone else. My massage (timed) was less than 3 minutes with the deluxe package. My polish was old, very uneven and choppy. When I pointed it out she said she would fix it and proceeded to layer 4 times over existing polish. Two hours later I was able to rub my finger across and remove my polish because it was so thick it wouldn’t dry. I asked them not to layer my polish and she said, «No problem, I fix it.» No, no she didn’t. So, $ 35 later, my feet actually look worse than when I went in. I have never had that happen to me before. I called to discuss and basically Don (owner) said I need to come in so he can see why I am not happy. He said he was in and out during the day and I need to come when he’s there. Wow! Let me keep driving 25 minutes to chance no one being there who can make an executive decision when I arrive. I think not. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

This place SUCKS! They don’t deserve to call themselves a salon.
I came in & I told them I wanted a full set. They seat me then tell me to soak my nails in acetone. 1 hour later, I’m still soaking my nails. I took all of them off myself! I tell the man I’m leaving because this is just ridiculous. He then says «I don’t care that you did it yourself, you still have to pay.» Even though I was an inch away from smacking him, I decide to sit down & let them finish filing my nails. They charged me $ 10 for this crap. Save your time & sanity; Walmart does a better job!

Received the $ 25 pedicure. I was a walk-​in and was seated right away. Great customer service and nice atmosphere. I would’ve liked the pedicure to be a bit longer. Overall I am satisfied and will most likely return.

I liked this place initially but I won’t be going back. I went from red to a lighter color and after a day you could see leftover red polish through the other color. The leg massage/​hot rocks/​wax thing was mediocre. I think that the guy was new. I’m not sure about the quality of their manicures but this isn’t a great place to have an unwinding pedicure experience.
