Bad experience. My feet are bruised and scabby. It was tortuous. See photos for proof.

I’ve been here several times and absolutely love it. They do a great job for a great price. A gel manicure only cost me $ 27 and it looked great! Their English isn’t very good but they know enough to get the job done. I keep seeing poor reviews here and don’t understand why.

It used to be a great place to get my pedicures. Lately I’ve gotten tired of the lack of communication. First I was offered«gel» color, which is apparently a default that’s a $ 5 up charge and is impossible to remove at home. After turning that down I «picked» my color, as I was told. After I handed my nail tech the nail polish I picked, I was put in a chair that had issues. It sounded like a weed trimmer. The bag liner was being sucked into something. I was AGAIN offered the«gel» option and got pretty irritated. It became clear that my nail tech did not understand most of what I said– her coworkers would translate after I repeated myself three times. Besides not being relaxing, not feeling heard or like I mattered… my nail polish was put on in thick layers covering my cuticles and it has bubbles. Mostly I just hate feeling like I’m a cow being processed and people having loud conversations in front of me that I don’t understand. I’m from a trilingual family and was taught it was rude. Not relaxing.

This place has been under new management for maybe two months and has re-staffed their salon. They have also completely remodeled with all new furniture. I came in today for a Deluxe Pedicure and I’m happy with the results. Peter took his time and did a great job, my feet feel tingly good! :)

I’d give zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I’m getting married and wanted to get a full set of nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine but when it got to the nails, it became a train wreck. I chose silver glitter tips with medium pink on the nail bed. The older male nail tech put pink overlay on top of the silver glitter to where the glitter couldn’t shine through. I told him after he did one nail that I thought he’d put clear in top and pink in the bottom. He continued doing the rest of my nails. He said once it was finished you could see the glitter. He was wrong. So I was told to go to another chair to get the nails taken off. Another older male nail tech came to help me and started the set over but this time he was going to put the pink on first then silver powder over the tips. He kept asking what shade of pink I wanted. I said medium. He asked if I wanted dark. I said no. Medium. Then he got out the light shade. I said no. Medium. So he puts the medium on the first nail. I leaned over to my fiancé and said the pink looks opaque. Then the nail tech threw up his hands said«I can’t do your nails» and threw my hands in acetone then went to work on someone’s pedicure. Didn’t even help me take off the mess that he put on. So I am never going to that place again. They’re rude, don’t care and do a bad job.

Now I’m only reviewing the work they did, as I am not the one who got the work done. The nails just looked bad it was uneven in that the coats they put on have a definite ripple and some are see-through. The Polish has only lasted 3 days before the 1st huge chip on my girlfriends thumb. These guys do terrible work at least aesthetically because I didn’t get my hands done but my girlfriend did and I was sickened she even paid for this hack job… Her toes were fine though.
