The employees rushed me through the drive-thru(only a drive-thru by the way) and then failed to give me all of my food on 12÷2÷2014. I called them at 7:01pm and they put my name in their magic book. My wife went today 12÷9÷2014 to pick up the 20pc nugget that I have ALREADYPAID for and they said that they don’t have my name in their book. I have one of the most common names and the gentlemen who put it in the book had me spell it out, Joshua not too hard. This tells you about the intelligence it takes to work at McDonald’s. I will NEVER come to this place again. I only gave one-star because that was the minimum, this establishment does not even deserve that!

I particularly hate McDonald’s food but they have wonderful coffee. Every now and then I’ll take a break from Starbucks and get a dollar coffee. This particular location is 5 stars in customer service. The two women that have helped me both times I’ve been through the drive-thru go out of their way to be accommodating and friendly. I’m a bit picky regarding my coffee and they give no pushback or indication of being annoyed. I think employees should be pleasant to customers period but more often than not other locations are not friendly. It’s 1min of my entire day and they make me smile every time I have gone through the drive-thru. P. s. My avg time visiting this location is between 5:15 — 7:00.

I was here March 14, 4:00 ordered 5 burgers and got the worst service. I usually don’t expect a lot from McDonalds since it’s cheap fast food but the service here was so bad I was about to throw my burgers back through the drive thru window. Older Hispanic lady and a younger Hispanic guy to be specific.

Drive thru only. And FYI no restrooms available to the public. But hey, they are fast and convenient. Lots of peeps park & eat in the plaza parking lot. Kinda like a Sonic but no need to tip. I’m lovin’ it…
