Ordered a club sandwich tray and have turkey clubs with JELLY on them instead of honey mustard. WTF? Anytime I need a catered product, this is who I use. Guess I need to look around.

These guys know how to package a to go order. Normally, when I order food to go, there’s at least one problem with the order that has to be corrected. These guys get it right and the food is packaged perfectly for putting in the car and driving home. It also tastes great and is a reasonable price.

I absolutely recommend this location for catering a luncheon. The salads are so fresh and made to order. The spud max bar is a customer favorite as well. I added a few bowls of chili and chicken tortilla soup and it was a hit also. They will customize your order to fit what you need as well as the number of people that you need to feed! Highly recommend!!!

Large portions. Good tea. Noisy environment though. Seems like there is always a child screaming or crying. Staff is nice enough. It’s good for a chain.

Had a loaded potato. It was nice, standard. My daughter have the big nasty sandwich, she thought it was good. My son-in-law a club sandwich, he said it was normal and it was good. My youngest daughter had a Southwest Cobb salad and she thought it was okay. Tea was good Service was friendly and helpful with a smile

I always get my food here to-go, because when I dine out, I’d rather sit somewhere that contributes to my meal. As I see it, I enjoy my home better than a chain’s dining room, so yeah. As far as my food goes, I’ve yet to have anything on the menu I disliked. My sandwiches are fine. Nothing groundbreaking here, but again, you’re eating at a deli that serves mac and cheese as a side to paninis. It should be a pretty straightforward review, 3 stars. The place isn’t going to win any culinary awards, but its more than tasty enough to serve you on a busy day. However, on the rare occasion that my order has been messed up(As in an entirely wrong dish, not a veggie I didn’t ask for. I hate chronic complainers.), their remedy to the situation was to give me coupons for free sandwiches later. While a couple sandwiches is a generous offer, I’d rather they buy my sandwich once, and then give me my money back. When I have a meal I didn’t want at all, or in the case of the most recent time, couldn’t eat due to a dietary restriction, I’d rather have my cash to fix my food dilemma.

I really only come to this location, and only on days that I’ve been in a moving process. Student living, what can ya do. I always get the sweet chipotle chicken sandwich, with a side garden salad and honey mustard. It’s always delicious, I’ll never change my order. I don’t ever pay attention to the prices when I come here, only the total cost when I’m being rung up. Two orders usually come out to around 17ish, which I feel is kind of steep, but whatever. I only come here like once a year, so I’m content overall.

This was my first time going to McAllister’s and it was terrible. The service was great, but the food was terribly made. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar wrap, which was nothing special. The wrap had an excessive use of ranch dressing that ruined the whole meal. Only thing I enjoyed was the strawberry lemonade. Maybe I’ll come back and try something else.

It sure is hot in here. I’m not talking about the good kind of hot, but the humid, «need to get back to my car air conditioning» kind of hot. I think it is because your front door does not close all the way. Also, the front area is a cluster-mess! 3 registers, but one long line that goes across the room and in front of the door. Its very unorganized. And it was difficult to find a clean table(because of the lunch rush). Maybe you need a full time table busboy to keep on top of the mess. The food was like I expected, but the service could sure be better.

Found a hair in my food. Poor customer service. There are better sandwich shop choices in the area.

So there is ice on the roads, my boyfriend is ill and all I needed was mashed potatoes. I got a few extra sandwiches for when he was feeling better. I finally made it home only to find I got the wrong sandwich, no potatoes, no soup, and a wrap that only consisted of ranch for some reason. So I paid $ 20 for the wrong sandwich, a terrible sandwich, and two missing sides. Thanks.

We were looking for a good, healthy lunch while house hunting in the area. Our realtor suggest this place and it was a good call. I had the Cobb salad and it was tasty and well prepared. You order and pay at the counter and the meal is delivered to the table. VERY nice and friendly staff. Well done at this location!

This location consistently misses the mark. Staffing was not adequate for a Friday night and at 6PM they are out of baked potatoes. Waited longer than I would at a busier McAlister’s at lunch time. Mashed potatoes had to be sent back to be microwaved. Drink/napkin area disorganized with no napkins available. Not sure if these are franchised or not, if so, the owner needs To become more involved, if not, new management is needed to bring consistency to this establishment.

Good food and great tea. Portion size is small so don’t bring a hearty appetite. Seems like mostly fresh food. Horrible location for friend referrals.

Amazing what can be accomplished with good customer service:) So after the mishaps with this location, there was yet another, but this time they made it right and improves every trip:) Kudos to the leadership at this location, whatever you are doing, please keep it going!

Pretty good little place. Nothing fancy, but my family and I liked it. Had a miscommunication when I ordered, I got a half sandwich instead of the full size, but no big deal. Traditional chili was great. The pulled pork sandwich was just okay because it was kinda cold. Best part were the dessert ‘shooters’. These are small cups of flavored custard which are perfect for a little sweet after the meal without putting you into a sugar coma… so I ordered a 2nd one. :-)

Always a wonderful lunch stop… and even though it’s definitely a deli menu, you’re always guaranteed to find something for everyone. They’ve recently added loaded nachos, have amazing(and huge) baked potatoes smothered in toppings, and every sub/soup/sammy/salad you could ask for. The sweet tea is amazing, but that’s a well known fact. Decently priced, especially when it comes with a tasty side(I recommend the mac’n’cheese or potato salad) and pickle spear. You can easily dine in and make it back to work within a lunch hour. The staff has always been friendly and food comes out quickly and has always been fresh. It may be a chain restaurant, but it’s a damn good one! Side Note: they’re opened surprisingly later than I expected, until 10pm or later 7 days a week. Try the Turkey Florentine(off menu).

I think the food has gone downhill lately. I went through a phase where i loved their smoked turkey on croissant with honey mustard, spicy brown mustard, pickles, and lettuce… but i don’t know… it’s just not as good as it used to be. They also took away the kentucky pie which was one of the best desserts i’ve ever had at a fast casual place. That’s not to say the food is bad… but it is no better than you would expect from a chain deli. The reason i am giving it 4 stars is for the ICEDTEA. I always get an unsweet tea with no lemon and it is always consisently the best tea. I don’t drink sweet tea anymore, but when i did drink it, i could always count on the sweet tea to be really good as well. If you are an iced tea drinker, you know how disappointing(and downright disgusting) it can be to get a glass of badly flavored… or even worse, OLD tea. It’s bad… old tea tastes so bad you can’t even force it down… but if you come to Mcalister’s, you know the flavor is going to be good and the tea is going to be fresh. If this place only sold tea, i would give it 5 stars.
