Great sandwich piled high with meat and more meat what else is there to say, but it could use price lowering, and better attitude employees and better management there delivery charge sucks, 25.00 I can eat for that much cheaper at McDonald’s or Whataburger

My husband loves Jason’s Deli their premium cut meats are always on point… @ 7 mnths old Kyaina too the staff was very polite and prompt. They acknowledged you as soon as you hit the door. Great service!!! I myself ordered the turkey muffallatto and for the price I was NOTIMPRESSED. The meat was damn near absent from all the bread!!!
I could could give them a(-) five star I would! Its been years since I was there but thought well they are still in business so maybe they got better… that would NOWAY! It was the most wasted $ 22EVERYSPENT on a so called meal! The specialty soup was terrible and they replaced it with something just a little better but it was still awful! I tried four different salad dressing and buying Walmart brand would be better! I can NOT figure out how you can specialize in soups and salads and NOTMAKEYOUROWN amazing salad dressing! I kid you not for $ 11 each in the meal my son eat 3 hard boiled eggs and hummus… he is not picky and wanted salad for dinner! Me… I tried both soups and left them and choked down some of the worst salad ever(because of their dressing)! The should be ASHAMED to charge people for that kind of food! I do not know how they have managed to stay in business! I’m upset I should have said something while I was there and just got my money back… they did NOT deserve the money! So don’t go there! Denton was the place I was at but if corporate doesn’t care enough to serve quality food & dressing… then ALL locations will be the same! YUKYUKYUK

I enjoy eating the salad bar as Jason’s Deli. The sandwiches are good too but I just can’t pass up the opportunity to eat so many fresh veggies. The self-help kiosk is very helpful to get through the line quickly when you just want salad bar. For a while they removed the eggs from the salad bar so I can now get enough protein with the salad bar alone. The tomato salad and hummus are especially good. The only problem is that it gets VERY crowded during weekday lunches.

The food usually isn’t bad. We always get the salad bar. Sometimes better than others, but never horrible. Cheddar broccoli soup is pretty legit. Also, I think the map might be wrong, unless they recently moved.

Always try but never can make meal that isn’t cross contaminated. Gluten free people beware.

I had a great first experience here. I stopped in to get lunch for take out and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I ordered a pesto chicken panini with broccoli cheese soup and both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Jason’s is also not very expensive, so it’s a great value. I’ll definitely be back!

Gave this place two shots and I was left unimpressed w/the food and the service. My very first time going to JD, everyone in my group ordered entrees that apparently came with a salad. When I received my entrée with an extra plate, I assumed that was my plate for the salad bar as well. When I went to the salad bar, the manager confronted me in full view of the whole restaurant, physically getting between me and the salad bar, and asked if I had ordered a salad(as if I would be at the salad bar if I believed I had not). «Uh…I thought it came with one?» I replied, as I held up my plate. He explained that my entrée didn’t come with a salad(surprising, considering how much it cost), and that was just an extra plate to go under my entrée plate. His complete lack of discretion turned an awkward situation into an embarrassing one, as the restaurant was full at the time and his body language and insinuative phrasing drew unnecessary attention. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry, I was taken aback at how the situation was handled. Were I in his position, I would at the very least have come to the table to inform me, and probably would have taken the opportunity to offer the salad for free to clutch a new customer with a kind response to their error, instead of what he did – guarantee that I didn’t give them my business for several years. My second and last experience with JD, I ordered Spinach Veggie Wrap for pickup, and it was terrible. I assumed that the mushrooms would be cooked and seasoned, because really, who serves unseasoned mushrooms, especially when they serve to substitute the«meat» of a sandwich? Apparently, JD. Bland, and uninspired. I cannot believe what they have the audacity to charge for their food. As someone who loves deli’s, I’m used to paying $ 8-$ 11 for a good sandwhich, side and drink or other deli fare. But JD is overpriced for the food they serve. If I wanted to feel jipped by a disappointing sandwich and side of chips, I would have just gone to Subway. If you want a delicious deli experience, just drive a block further down 288 to McAlister’s Deli – awesome food and amazing, friendly service EVERYTIME.

Not great, so burned out on them, my job orders them all the time for all staffings, their wraps are the worst thing ever.

Typical JD in a strip center on 288 and 35. My kids love the baked potatoes and free ice cream. Good salad bar. Everyone can find something they like at Jason’s.

Great, fast, cheap, and healthy(what more can you ask for?)! The restaurant was completely full when we went there for lunch, and the staff handled it like pros. I had the Manager’s Special soup and half sandwich with Tomato Basil Soup and an Amy-O’s Turkey sandwich, and it came with chips. It was fabulous!

The sandwiches here are good and the kids like all the choices on the kids menu. I wish they had low sodium offerings. The lighter side idea is good, and I know it’s hard to find bread and tortillas with low sodium. That one change would make this a regular place to visit, even if it is pricey.

This is a good place eat. Friendly customer service, even right before they close, and the place is always clean. They have an awesome rueben sandwich, and they don’t skimp on the meat. I will definitely return here.

Jason’s is always a good place to eat. Very good food and staff. I do love the gumbo, it’s great. The gumbo and a salad will fill me up and keep me going all day. l They also have a great selection of sandwiches which is awesome. If you are looking for a real deli experience then try the ruben. Again just excellent. You can find most any food for any kid of person. I can always recommend Jason’s

Fast friendly clean service. This sums up about everything here. This place is always packed at lunch time. Now i can’t comment on the sammiches they have or anything else, because i always get the chicken alfredo. I know i know! who would go to a resturant like this and order that!!! Well that’s just me! Yea for the price and how fast they make it it’s super. Nothing great, but its my italian fast food fix! I’ll have to say while i haven’t had anything but the alfredo the salad bar does look great! Very fresh OHhhh yeah free icecream duh! can’t forget that

We were looking for months for a good salad bar in Denton(moved here in August) and read other good reviews on Jason’s Deli, tried it, and we’ll be going back, a lot! I agree that they have the best salad bar in Denton, and while it isn’t huge(Fresh Choice or Souplanation size), it is well stocked and diverse: Four or five different kinds of lettuce mixes, various non-lettuce salads, standard vegetable assortment, whole eggs, cottage cheese, dried fruit mix, multiple types of croutons, muffins, fruit, and more than 5 different dressings. And the sandwiches are great too!

Can I choose a minus 3 stars? On the surface, this place looks fine. HOWEVER, the health department needs to take a closer look. On our Umpteenth(and final) visit there to what was once our favorite place to find a broad selection for everyone, our group was appalled by the cleaning régime. The employee was STANDINGONTHEFOODPREPSURFACEWITHSTREETSHOES, reaching up over his head, FLIPPIING A FILTHYRAGANDSPRAYINGCLEANERWHICHLANDEDBELOW, all while the place was full of customers! THEN, the cleaner jumped down, did not clean the sink and food prep area but went over and visited friends in the food service line, while flipping the cleaning rag around. When the Manager was told of this entire scene, he basically blew off the three complaints. A few moments later, he pointed us out to the perp and they laughed about it. None of the 16 people will ever go there again. Ick! Oh, and the health department inspector was to call us back after the next inspection and she never did. She knew the owner who lives in Ft. Worth, supposedly. Said he would not be happy about this event. If you go there, GOODLUCK. Hope your immune system is intact.
