Clean Star Carpet and Fabric Care

I have been using Clean Star for years. I have never had a reason to switch. First, this is a family owned business, not a big corporation that gets a lot of advertising, so they put pride in their work, customer service, finding out what your specific needs are if it be carpet, rugs, tile, wood floor, furniture, even many miscellaneous requests I have asked for over the years. I have never had anything broken, left «squishy» or felt I had over payed. When I had a water heater flood it was a mess, they were able to get out there in time and salvage my carpet. I have recommended them to friends and businesses and they are just as happy as we are! They have followed us to our 3^rd home and I can’t see using anyone else. My best advice is to pick up anything on the floor and vacuum up the dust and grime, take your time, and your carpets will look even better! They will put fabric protectors under your furniture. You don’t realize what you step on outside, (or your guests) before entering your home, if you think, it’s nasty! Oh, if you are a pet owner like me be sure to point out all of the «trouble areas» before they clean, put up your fur babies, and enjoy the clean floors for a while! ~J
