Went in today and was greeted by an arab gentleman, nicest guy we had met in awhile.
He walked us around and showed us the options for my price point, and even went as far to drop something into my price range because I was a few bucks short, the piece I bought was a rooR tech beaker, which checks out to be a real rooR.
Yup, 90 bucks for a REAL rooR.
They have a huge selection of papers, I think after counting it came out to over 500 papers in the building.
they also have the biggest selection of glass in denton, although some of their things may be pricey (Grav, Crush, AMG) it is well worth the price to get great customer service as well as EXCELLENT quality glass.

UPDATE! The old man with long white hair is a dick. Somebody’s going to give him a good ass kicking one day for all the bullshit he makes his customers go through. This store will short change you so be careful. The old queer with Long white hair will also try to sell you old expired product before sells the new product. He is a complete asshole. If I see him in public I will knock his faggot ass out. Cut your hair you fucking queen. Your not cool when you talk dirty to your female employee. You act like your hot shit when in fact you are sold and used up like a condom full of shit. Stop being a dick head. Your a fucking joke. Move away from denton. You don’t belong here. If you enjoy being harassed by some old man with white hair that looks like a woman then this is the place for you.

This place is great unless you’re a girl and you go in when the old guy with long hair is there. He can be kind of creepy. And he’s also rude sometimes. I’ve gone in alone and gotten a creeper vibe, and I’ve gone with my boyfriend and the man was rude to him. He’s generally nice but just gives off weird vibes.
They have a good selection I suppose, and they are usually running 10% off of everything.

This is probably the worst smoke shop experience in my life. I have spent upwards of $ 5000 on heady glass and if you a staff that is knowledgeable about what they sell, and offers good quality products, this place is not the place to go.
First of all, the name brand bong selection they have is horrendous. It seems to me like the people who own this shop are not actual participants in the counter culture, just trying to make a couple dollars of some college kids trying to smoke. 70% of their glass is chinese bullshit. Looks so horribly blown and thin looks like it can break any second. Percs are all un even just such shitty work.
This old guy with long hair is supposedly the owner and has multiple locations around dallas, he is the worst sales person ive ever seen. This man had no idea about any of the brands where they came from, who the manufacturers are, he just kept saying «everyone knows we got the best shit man, were way better than the other stores around here». This is exactly the type of person you dont want being your first encounter when dealing with the counter culture world.
Also I asked him to fill one of the concentrate pieces with water to see the percolation, he said he doesnt have time for that and why would he do that.
Dont go here if you want to buy quality glass. You will leave feeling uneducated. At other places around denton they take the extra mile to explain to you your potential investment. This guy should not be running this business into the ground.

After a less than savory experience at Zebra Head, I came here to see if I could find some pieces to complete a rather challenging project I had been working on. I was greeted immediately by Randy, (the regional manager?) after explaining my situation, he immediately set to work with a friendly «let’s figure it out!» After a few minutes of connecting and disconnecting pieces, we made it work. Afterwards I had a few questions about vaporizers that he answered kindly and honestly, I never felt pressured to buy anything. After about a half hour of great business and banter, I left with everything I needed and a few things extra. The store is very organized, clean and expansive, I felt like I could see everything they had in stock. They have great selection and knowledge and are more than willing to share both. I will definitely be returning in the future.
