Lean Machine

Holy crap, needed a quick bite while working a home show, and wow these guys know their stuff. I got their steak melt sandwich, probably best steak sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The peppers, cheese steak onions and mustard were all on point. Tremendous flavor.
Highly recommend these guys if you ever see them about.

The Lean Machine is one of my favorites. I am guilty of of always getting the same thing, their amazing quesidillas. I’ve heard great things about all of their other dishes but I’m addicted and can’t tear myself away from them. They are listed as Killa Dillas. They are always fresh and you can tell they were taken right off the grill. I usually have them with beer from East Side. It’s the perfect after work meal. They are one of the local Denton food trucks and the staff is super friendly.

Maybe I just don’t get food trucks! I want to like them, but always feel disappointed after my experience with them. Lean machine was the same and I feel I’m being a little gracious with the 3 stars.
The staff is very friendly and high energy. The are knowledgeable and eager to please. I would give them 5 stars.
The problem comes with the price, food, and speed. We texted our order in from the menu at grapevine craft brewery. Twelve minutes later we get a text saying that they received our order and will start on it. 20 minutes later we received a text saying it was ready. So over 30 minutes after we sent in the order and they were not very busy. Then it was $ 12 for a decent size black bean sandwich and a small handful of chips. Way overpriced for what you get, and were a little stingy with toppings. We ordered jalapeños on the sandwhich and found one. Tasted ok, but nothing that great. Our friends ordered a sandwich and it was made wrong, and their tacos had a gross hair in it. They didn’t finish their food.
We will skip out on Lean Machine next time. Really wish we liked it.

This truck has impressed me every time I’ve been here. The food is always great and fresh! The guys who run the truck are also very nice and friendly and seem to genuinely enjoy what they are doing… This reflects in the awesome food! Thanks Lean Machine!

BBQ Pineapple… took a leap with this one (I’m more of a PB&J boring sandwich person). It was SO good, and he was nice enough to bring it inside to our table at Mulberry street. Friend had the chicken avocado and said it was good too! ;)

Had Lean Machine for the first time last night and loved it! I was with a friend at East Side Social Club and we started to get hungry and headed there for dinner. I love tex mex and their quesadilla was absolutely delicious. Now today I’ve been craving it. Can’t wait to try more!

Have you ever seen something so beautiful, smelled something so divine, or eaten something so amazing that it made you cry? Well. the food at lean machine is so good that you will be sobering like a baby (or at least close to it lol). The quesadillas are to die for! Oh my GOD. Thank you lord for creating these people who created this food truck. My ONLY complaint was as I was walking towards the food truck from mulberry street cantina the big guy who works there was making out hardcore with some girl at the back of the truck. I almost turned back around because I was a bit disgusted from what I had saw but I’m glad I didn’t! Try this place! You won’t be disappointed!!!

The Lean Machine food is great! Super tasty. And great, healthy ingredients, too. We’ve had a couple of the different quesadillas and they have been special. It does take a while for them to cook the food, so we order and then we go chill doing something else (when they’re next to Mulberry Street Cantina, that’s a great place to do that, and the Lean Machine staff, which is very nice and professional, delivers inside too). Most important, the food is great.

We had Lean Machine come out and cater our Startup Weekend event. They were absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. We heard nothing but great things from the participants, they were a fantastic crew and a great price. We’d love to have them cater again.

Happy to be the first to review! This truck is all about quality. I ordered two chicken tacos topped with spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, cheese, & salsa. Overall, the food was decent for the price. I was happy to know they use local ingredients. The owners were really nice and I would buy from them again.

Hands down one of the best tacos I’ve ever had! Pork was cooked and seasoned perfectly and really didn’t need any sauce at all, but the pico that came with it was too good to not add on. Spinach is a nice change from your typical lettuce. Couldn’t believe what great food this was for the price — Wish the truck was a little closer to work so wouldn’t have to worry about making up a healthy lunch each day :)
