Awful customer service! Changed price of a Pop figure from $ 10 to $ 25 when a spelling error was found on the box MIDTRANSACTION! No lie!

I enjoy coming here. I come here a few times a month just to browse. It feels very welcoming to me and the staff is always very helpful. I do purchase games and books from this store. My son is starting to get into comics and i plan on bringing him here to browse the comics. I will keep coming here as long as they are open

Cute comic and game store right on Denton’s Downtown Square. They only sell new bound comics(so it’s not your place if you’re looking for an older comic or single issues). Definitely more games/toys than comics. Their game selection is good, but you’ll be paying top dollar. A lot of the store is comic-related stuff(figurines, toys), which isn’t really my thing. But it’s a fun store to stop in at as you walk around and explore the shops on the Downtown Square.

Really nifty place. Has a wide selection of board games, card games, comics, gaming guides, action figures, and more. Its worth the visit if your friend group is into any of the words in the name of the store. Only problem I have is there is a very distinct smell in the store. I was told it might be the paper of the comics, but I don’t quite believe that.

Great little store, cramped would be an understatement but if you want wide open spaces you shouldn’t be in a comic book store. Lots of items, packed to the brim. Friendly people A+

The shop is a little crowded but packed with games, great collectable toys and other awesome stuff. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable of a multitude of games. I’ll be back for sure. If you have a chance to stop in, its a great shop.

Cool store with good selection but some of the staff seem to be so socially regressed they have poor customer service. Rude comes to mind. Store is crammed very tight with merchandise and on this Sunday afternoon there were a lot of people in the shop. Employee on 2 occasions grunted and told my wife to move. Not excuse me but move. Also each time he could of easily gone around the other way.

This is a cool little store and a great place to nerd out a little bit. Or a lot a bit. I’m not really a comic book guy or into RPGs(I dabbled once upon a time, but that was long ago) but even still, I found this to be a fun store. They have tons of games to look at, not just the nerdier types you are picturing but party games and the like, lots of toys and collectibles, comics and RPG paraphernalia of course, and then just some fun thingamajigs and doodads. Would be a good place to go for gifts for the right type of person. All in all, a decent and pretty comprehensive comic book store that I think any self respecting geek or nerd would appreciate but also worth a visit by anyone else who likes fun and interesting things and isn’t afraid to indulge in their nerdier tendencies. (please note I use the terms geek and nerd lovingly. I am a nerd myself and see nothing wrong with that.)

I really love looking around this place, but the store is so small and cramped that it’s uncomfortable looking around if there are other people there because it’s hard to get around them. They have a decent selection and are decently priced. The staff is super friendly. I love it here.

I love this place. It’s a nerds dream land! Spent plenty of money on their extensive amount of Doctor Who stuff. Their cut out prices are pretty decent compared to other comic book shops. The selection of stuff they have is awesome. You can never get bored when you shop in there

I have to start out by saying I don’t read comics or play board games for that matter. With that said, I absolutely love this place! Staff is always friendly and asking if you need help, which is nice. Little do they know I have no clue what I’m looking at. You have to keep in mind this is a small shop with people bumping in to each other to check out the latest comic. It might be best if you went on a weekday. I wouldn’t really know if their selection is any good, but I did notice some popular card games my friends have mentioned and cool figures from shows I’ve watched. I do know that they try to use up every inch of space. Like I said I don’t read/play games, but I like going it this place and even though it’s small I can spend some time in there. I might just have to pick up that card game the next time I’m in there.

I love this shop! I have made many purchases here. It’s an excellent place to buy gifts for family and friends! The comic selection has a lot of variety and is decently big. They also have a good amount of graphic novels.

Came in to the store looking for a few items for my son. The clerks are young, but they were polite and one immediately came over to answer my questions. One of the clerks overheard my discussion with another clerk, and followed me out to give me additional information about another place where I could get one of the products I was looking for that the store did not carry. The prices were a little high, but what you would have expected.

More Fun offers an awesome selection of games(I don’t know anything about comics). The staff is very helpful and they know the inventory well. If you are looking for something new, they can probably help you find something that you will enjoy.

Amazing shop. My lady can go in here and get whatever her heart pines for. Everything is well laid out, and there’s a ton of everything. My only little gripe is that there aren’t a ton of «normal» games, like Bananagrams and Cards Against Humanity. I’d much rather buy them from here rather than Walgreens or Target. Or maybe there are some, and they’re always sold out. Either way, it’s nothing to knock them down a star for because I can’t seem to walk out of this store without spending some money(be it a new book or some little trinket) and that’s a good enough excuse for 5 stars to me!

I am not a comic book guy, but since I have been watching the Walking Dead I ventured in here and bought a Walking dead comic. They had everything, then 2 days before Christmas my friend got a present for his brother there, Axis and Allies and they had all the different ones. So it seems like they have a great selection and they are always doing business, I believe for the uneducated comic store reviewer that they are a good establishment.

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the over-powering scent of cigarette smoke & dryer sheets, with an underlying scent of body odor. The comics selection was a little lacking. They opt to carry recent issues & TPBs, no long boxes of back issues were present. The place is definitely more games oriented. The store is tidy though, which is a challenge for comics shops. I found a couple items I was interested, but just left instead as odors over-whelmed us & lead to headaches.

More Fun Comics & Games is THE place to buy your comics-related dork swag. The inventory is surprisingly diverse, from weekly comics to indy graphic novels and RPGs or action figures. THE selling point, however, is the proprietor and geek-guru Tim. Usually in the store on Mondays and Tuesdays, Tim is a Wikipedia and Encyclopedia of comics coolness and buzz and recommendations. Surprisingly well-read across a lot of fantasy and literature, he is the fella who can hook you up with what you’ll like!
