They are Very rude ! They have no idea of hospitality, that should be running a coin laundry or something along those lines where they aren’t among the public!

Agh geez. The sheets were dirty!!! I went down to talk to night manager and he asked me to follow him to the laundry room to get a new set. I made up the bed myself which was fine because at least the sheets are now clean but it just feels so icky. The bathroom sink barely drains and the bed is uncomfortable. I took pictures of the sheets that I will post. I would not recommend this place. Tomorrow I will talk to the morning manager as the night guy could not refund my money. Also wifi does not work and the noise from the highway is deafening.

DO NOT STAY HERE! ANDY & MITCH ARE THE BIGGEST JOKE OF MANAGEMENT STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. Having these two at the helm of anything would be a desperation move of a flailing business! They are anti customer service. They don’t take care of anything. All I can think of is that they must have gotten their customer service experience at a homeless shelter. I honestly wish I had the time to explain what a total joke this place is but I just don’t it. It fails on absolutely every single level. This is the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed at and I stay at them often!!!

We usually stay at Motel 6, but this place is a nightmare! We reserved a two full size beds, non-smoking. We got one bed and the room was a smoking room. We called ahead to let them know we were coming in with a trailer. We go to park where he told us to, and we couldn’t because it was blocked. We spent 2 hours just trying to turn around and we ended up being told to park in a fire zone, much like half the people there. I have 3 small children and all they wanted to do was go to bed. I’m debating on whether or not to stay at another Motel 6 after this nightmare.

Shame on you Motel 6. You advertise one rate and then charge me another without clearing it with me first. I question the clerk and he says that «all of the rooms that get that rate are already booked.» I say «that’s not right — you should have told me before you charged my card», to which he replied, «you should have asked!» To add insult to injury, the non-smoking room WREAKS of smoke. I’m tired and it’s late or I would go somewhere else… oh yeah, he has already charged my card… shame on you Motel 6… BIG bait and switch!!!#!!

Not a bad hotel. Wood (fake wood) floors mattresses are semi comfortable. Flat screen TV hanging on walls, microwave and fridge were clean. Definitely not the Hilton or Marriott, but a place to stay if you are cool with playing with bugs, I have killed 3 bugs the last two nights! Hotel did not seem to be surprised by my findings, so I will be checking out tomorrow.

OMG… Did he just rate a motel 6 5 stars? Yup, but take it for what it’s worth! It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but if you’re looking for really modern rooms at a great price, this is it! Best cheap hotel in Denton, hands down!
