Since this is an apartment complex right across from the bars, expect to experience urine in the corner of the elevators, bottles in the hallways, and firealarms pulled during some nights(Firealarms will make your ears bleed, fyi… put some ducttape over it in-case you actually don’t heed my warning and decide to live here after reading these reviews). I’ve actually walked by a pile of feces left by some dog from a tenant who really didn’t give a care in the world to clean it up. The janitors(I feel really sorry for them) do a good job of cleaning everything up and maintaining the complex. Walls are very thin, so consequently, sound leaks out incredibly easily into your roommates rooms. Honestly, for the amount we’re expected to pay living here, there’s a presumption that we’d get what we paid for, but that’s not the case… from the kitchen to a tenant’s bathroom, everything in between is cheap and lacking any thought to a good floor plan. –Television is awkwardly placed in living room –couches look comfy but are surprisingly cheap and rough –kitchen sinks look cheap, countertops could do better –motion-sensored ventilation in the bathroom…(???) –Toilet isn’t very strong and enjoys making splashes everytime it flushes Management is completely unreliable at times, especially the so called«after hour maintenance.» I was locked out of my bedroom the entire night, service told me they kept trying to reach the after-hours guy with 10 minute intervals. I ended up sleeping on the couch, I kept calling to make sure they didn’t forget about me –_-. With class the next day, I was still locked out until I personally went to the office the next morning to ask for a key. Now mind you, I’m not talking about the workers in the front of the office, they’re good people and at least try to help you out. I’m talking about the higher ups, who don’t care about you when all they have to do is talk to you through a phone. The 5-floor parking garage is small but it does its job. There are times when drivers are careless and risk a head-on collision. What you’re really paying for is the convenience to the bars and to all of your classes at UNT. Don’t waste your time, this place was rushed when it was being built.

Terrible place to live! After months of being open, they still have issues that they can’t handle. Good location but unfortunately terrible experience.
