Taco Bueno

I’ve never really had an issue with any Bueno until today. My boyfriend ordered a Wholelotta platter and the little crispy cut didn’t have anything inside! I think queso was supposed to go in there. Aside from that our chiladas were pretty tough. I’m not sure how there are made but it seems as if they were over cooked. The tortillas were hard. I couldn’t cut them with a knife. Customer service was great. I’m a Bueno head so I’ll be back, just hoping this was a «bad day».

Food was great, but mustache man blamed me for eating a taco out of my drive-​thru order… Why would I waste my time coming back inside for one taco if I had already ate it… I had $ 20 order… Really, customer service should step it up.

Still the slowest taco Bueno ever. Worst customer service ever. I don’t usually rant like this but this place has been like this for the last 6 months. I’m love taco Bueno but they push my patience when no ones anywhere to be seen for 10 min when you walk in the door.

Good food but super slow service regardless of going inside or through the drive thru. Don’t be in a hurry for this good fast food.

Incredibly rude and incompetent staff! I reported my complaints to Taco Bueno through their website prior to reviewing them on Unilocal.Since they have not bothered to respond I will now rate them on Unilocal.Long story short — they’re rude, they don’t get orders correct nor do they care to, and they charge customers the wrong amounts.

This is our regular stop on road trips through Dallas. They are always clean, friendly, and fast. It is the best spot to use the restroom in the area too.
They always have the pepper bar stocked and clean.
Not a lot to say. Typical Bueno, easy, fast, and good.

So I never had a serious problem with this place for years. One night I go and get my fav mexi dips and chips. Lady asked me if i wanted to try special and I said hell no in a very joking way only because she had already asked me. I ask for double beans. I go get it at the window and it took forever to get such a simple thing. I open it… looks like someone scooped the beans and threw it in the box instead of the tortilla cups and they gave me guac instead of the substitute of beans i asked for, and it tasted ice cold. I was starving so I just dealt with it. 30 minutes later my stomach hurt BAD and I thought I was going to throw up. Some medicine helped. Then I woke up the next day and it wasn’t until about 8pm my stomach stopped hurting. I think me saying «hell no» jokingly after I was asked twice for an up sell caused the staff to do something bad with my food, not include the extra bean and throw the dips in the box instead of in the tortilla cups. I will never go back and it’s sad because I came here a lot and never had a big problem. You could say I was asking for it by saying «hell no» but it was very obvious I was joking and I don’t care how upset someone makes you… you shouldn’t mess with their food.

Went to the Drive-​Thru, and the lady was really nice. I got the Bueno Choice crispy beef taco. It was pretty good. I think it was just a regular taco without the cheese. Would recommend this location.
