Lots of flavor options and toppings. If you love peanut butter favors, you can go all out here…(I might have gone overboard but so good!). Clean environment, cute colors, and reasonably priced by weight.

Not sure why they stopped carrying berries? The strawberries were very fresh, but no blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries.

This place was very yummy! I mentioned to the clerk that my daughter is gluten and dairy free and asked what they had available. He wasn’t sure but happily got another person from the back who provided me with a nutrition menu and I was able to read the ingredients of everything they offer. We were both able to enjoy our dessert with out the fear of her getting sick. That’s worth 5 stars in my book!

Love this place! The tart flavor reminds me of pink berry in my native of Southern California! Love bringing my kids here!

Yogurt Story is amazing!!! Wayyyy better than yogurt fusion in the square… they even have original tart which is perfection for the basic froyo eater… just wish they had fruity pebbles or captn crunch berries to go with the froyo. Toppings are hard to choose, but they def have cheesecake bites!!!

Yogurt Story beats its competition by far! The employees are super friendly, toppings selection is plentiful, and they always have staple flavors(tart, vanilla, chocolate, ny cheesecake, cookies and cream, peanut butter) as well as specialty/seasonal flavors. The toppings are always full and as many times as I have been there they have never been out of anything. Also, I should mention the price is amazing! I recently went to Yogurt Fusion because Yogurt Story was closed and I paid waaaay more for about half as much yogurt.(Also fusion didn’t have my cheesecake bites, their yogurts didn’t have the same quality taste, and their lids didn’t fit the bowls. Although I will say, the cashier was very friendly there!)

I’ve gotten into this fro-yo thing lately because I feel like less of a fatty when I indulge. The result has been delicious. Today I went to Yogurt Story on the loop for the first time and I can’t really say anything negative about the place. It seems like many yogurt places have a similar format for their décor: white and green, mosaic tiles, minimal décor, pictures of fruit. That describes Yogurt Story. It’s neat and clean in there and really quiet. I loooove quiet. They did have some sad bastard indie stuff playing overheard but it wasn’t obnoxious and even sad bastards perk up at frozen yogurt. The yogurt selection was a bit more limited than other places, but what they had was good. The white chocolate mousse was amazing. With that I had a little bit of plain tart(also good) and New York cheesecake(can’t screw that up really). I threw on some mochi, which I could seriously eat by the handful and eschew the yogurt, cheesecake bits, and oreo bits. The combination was a lesson in Damn That’s Good! The young man working the counter was very polite. Yogurt Story is probably the least offensive place on Loop 288. It’s a zen garden amidst retail chaos.

I would love it if this place would carry almond or coconut milk vegan ice cream like TCBY. Their sorbet is ok but is not always labeled dairy-free. Those of us with dairy issues(many, many people) currently cannot enjoy soft-serve unless we trek down to Green Spot in Dallas or TCBY when they happen to carry it. Mean Greens has soy soft serve, but they are never open on weekends or holidays, and I don’t go to UNT.

There is now a Yogurt Story in North Denton, at Rayzor Ranch – and it rocks.

Other say this place smells like a hospital. I say it smells clean which is a nice surprise. Froyo is always good and staff is nice. Late hours are a plus as others in the area close at 9 pm. Recommend cookies and cream as well as orange sorbet.

LOVE this place! Totally go every time I can. But, smells a lot like the nail salon next door.

It’s a froyo place where you serve your own froyo and put on your own toppings. The guy who I believe is the owner is not that friendly and the store smells like BO… the froyo is pretty good though. and decently priced

Great place for frozen yogurt. I was dragged here by a friend and have been hooked on frozen yogurt since! My froyo store of choice out of everywhere I’ve been in Denton and Dallas. When YS first opened, the ingredients seemed to be fresher. Now it’s a tossup whether the ingredients will be fresh. I think they’ve had fresh pineapples one time I went — they used to only have canned so sometimes they are better than normal. During off periods in high school, a group of us would eat somewhere else and usually end up here — even if we had to take it to go and would be late to the next class. Good times. I usually get the flavors and toppings I want, then go back to top it off with Alpine or Tahitian Vanilla — not sure which one it is that complements fruit toppings. Do what you want with it!

A classic favorite. They have the best flavors of all the yogurt places I’ve been to. I love the toppings as well. And they are the only ones that let me get away with getting free goldfish in a little cup on the side.

I love this place. The place is always clean and well maintained. The fruits and toppings are always neatly displayed. If there’s ever a spill, the staff will immediately clean it up. Something that I find very crucial in the service industry is the costumer service. The staff here is always friendly. I love the chocolate flavored yogurt this place has to offer. I can taste the richness of the flavor(as in chocolate flavor, no watery taste) as it melts into my mouth. Topped with caramel and some crushed Oreos, you got yourself one very tasty dessert. At 35 cents per ounce, my usual total for an outing here reaches $ 12(well, that’s when I bring two very hungry kids and face them with unlimited flow of yogurt and candy). Thank you to the person who created the yogurt cups, because if it were any bigger, it would hurt my wallet. Kids love to fill that cup up with yogurt and toppings until it starts to form a mountain on top of the cup. This place is a great place to bring kids here for a treat.

I love the yogurt store with the set up like this one. Yogurt machines with different flavors and a toppings bar. Create your own masterpiece and pay for it by the ounce. Just be really careful with the over-sized cups they give you because it is easy to get carried away. My favorite is to try a little bit of everything(at least like 4 flavors) and add a bunch of toppings that at least sort of go together: froyo suicides(like soda suicides)! The best flavor combo was cake batter with mini reese’s pieces. This place gets 4 stars because none of their machines were out of order, which is more common than you might think. It doesn’t get 5 stars because I have seen a bigger selection of flavors and toppings for cheaper by the ounce before.

It’s still open… they were remodeling in March. Flavors are pretty good. I’ve had better cheesecake elsewhere, but the chocolate was good. The topping bar was also nice and clean. I watched the owner/manager take out one of the shallow containers and replace it with a clean, new one, and THEN put in more toppings.(Liked that… I always wonder how old the toppings on the bottom are in some of these places.) Pricing is good, and I never feel over-charged.

YUMMYINMYTUMMY! My mouth is getting watery just thinking about this place. =D I really love fro-yo. I want it all the time. Ugh, if I was to add up how much money I spent on fro-yo since 2004. nvm, I don’t wanna know. ;) My boyfriend thinks I’m a fatass because I always want to come here. He didn’t exactly say those words out loud, but I know he’s thinking it! =P They have a pretty good selection of different yogurt flavors and toppings here. The toppings are usually pretty fresh too. However, the quality of the original yogurt flavor has gone down slightly since my boyfriend and I first visited this place in August. It’s still pretty good, and one of the best I’ve tried in the area. This place is usually pretty busy. It gets super packed during weekends. They have a punch card but they don’t always hand it out, so ask for one.

So… I hauled my mom and kids up to this place looking for a cool, delicious, not going to blow the diet sort of treat. This is only my second«yogurt joint» experience and everybody else’s first. I was really excited about all the fancy flavors! They had cookies and cream, Georgia peach, chocolate, peanut butter, cheesecake, and several others that I have forgotten now. I went with a bit of the chocolate and Georgia peach. They had a very nice selection of toppings ranging from fresh fruits, candies, to sprinkles of many varieties. First bite of that Georgia peach made me a fan for life. SOOOOOOGOOD! The chocolate was equally yummy but not nearly as fresh and distinct. I am definitely going back!!! Even Mom, who is a complete ice cream snob LOVED it! Yea Ha! We got ourselves a new place for snack’n! Update from next day(yes, it was THAT good!): I went back today and tried pistachio, strawberry, and some more peach all were delicious, scrumptious, and fabulous!!! I paid more attention and found that it is $.35 an ounce which is a dad-gum bargain and 0 fat!!! WOOHOO! Yep! Still rock’n them 5 stars!
