They did a really great job cleaning my wedding dress! Would be 5 star but I thought it was a little pricy. Will use again on tough stains

Worst dry cleaner I’ve seen. They ruined several of my shirts and 2 pairs of pants. They offered to have them re-​cleaned and pressed. This didn’t solve the problem whatsoever. I took the clothes back to them to «fix» many times. They failed to fix my clothes each time. Eventually I gave up wasting time and gas going back with no result.
I finally asked to have a reimbursement of the fabrics at 75% of value as they were less than six months old and they refused. The male owner was so rude as to interrupt you whenever you try answer a question he asks you. You can’t get anything in to explain your situation. His wife kept saying all sorts of irrelevant things about the issues of the fabrics which was 100% unrelated.
I have never had any issue with any dry cleaner in my life. I’ve had the same clothes, that they ruined, cleaned at other places prior to taking it to them with zero issues.

I can’t speak for the dry cleaning part of this buiness but they do great on alterations! I brought in a pair of khaki pants that were too long and needed to be shortened and when they finished they fit PERFECT.

I would only go back to this dry cleaner if I had to. My dresses were not pressed well and I just ended up taking them to my usual dry cleaner to get them pressed AGAIN. They are also overpriced.
If you need alterations i recommend Sue on the square. She is very reasonably priced and has been doing alterations her whole life. I had a dress have a new zipper put in a Zenith and was way over charged.
