1.99 Cleaners

Would not recommend. Took two shirts that only needed pressed. Dropped them off and made it perfectly clear I needed them after 5pm same day. Went back that afternoon. Not ready and tried to say that I said the following day. Not only not ready but thrown in a bin full of dirty clothes. Now I have to find a cleaner that can CLEAN and press them when I fly back to Kentucky for a funeral on Saturday. Poor customer service didn’t even offer to clean and press them while I waited.

The staff is incredibly friendly! The owner helped me and asked about the student discount. I just dropped off today and it should be ready by tomorrow. Fingers crossed it’s as good as it sounds!

They’re the only place where the starch doesn’t cause my husband’s neck to break out in a rash. I have tried everyone in town. No major issues with the shirts, maybe 2 missing buttons after doing over 100 shirts. A couple of stubborn stains. All of the normal wash/​press men’s shirts stuff.

Friendly staff (sometimes) and okay service. My only problem is that certain items get safety pinned to a hanger. And I once had grey hairs on my «cleaned» clothes. Same day service makes it worth coming back though.

I came here for years because it was nearby from my dorm, and I wanted to support local businesses. However, they LOST my favorite pair of black trousers — and I’m picky about my clothing, so finding the perfect pair of black pants is a big deal. I’m was pissed! I was always a great customer, and the lady who worked there acknowleged my positive attitude, but she lacked any sort of professionalism or customer service. She was hesitant about reimbursing me for the pants, so I let her pay me back in credit, and she was cold and pushy to me after that incident. After I got my $ 40 back in credit I vowed never to return.
