I have purchased several items from this shop and I am continually amazed at the artistry and the quaility of work that I see in this store. The more I go back the more I see individual style and unique characteristics of different artist. I buy for myself and as gifts. It is a great place with a great mission.

Such a great concept and cool little shop. As previous poster mentioned the ceramics are handmade by the Denton State Supported Living Center residents and the proceeds go back into the program to keep it going. The two people there (I didn’t catch their names) were so friendly and helpful even though I was only browsing. I was just visiting Denton and didn’t want to have to carry anything breakable on the plane ride home but I regret not purchasing anything!

Impressions is retail store selling handmade ceramics created by the residents of the Denton State Supported Living Center. All items are «priced to sell» and are unique one of a kind items. If you are looking for a gift, I would encourage you to take a look inside.
On the day of our visit Gary was working and he gave us the story on this very unique and noble shop.
There is also a workshop on site, though we did not get the details on if it’s open to the public or just used by DSSLC residents.
