These guys are amazing. They have gone out of their way a few times to help my busted back haha. The staff and doctors are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. I highly recommend these folks. Customer for 2 years and counting :)

Mooo. They run you though like cattle.
When you walk in you identify on a touchscreen what hurts. Nobody EVER looks at that before treating you. Seriously, try it out and have fun with it. Each week put a different part of your body in the screen and you will receive no different of an adjustment. No questions from the chiro about it. Nothing.
Sometimes, but not always they warm you up by using a great little massage tool –A jigsaw outfitted with a rubber thumper. Smart. It nicely hammers your muscles into submission when wielded by skilled hands. The problem is you never know you are going to get. One time the girl giving me the warm up massage pulled her phone out her pocket to see who just called or texted while her other hand casually moved the power tool all over my back, willy-​nilly with no more effort than if she were pushing a Ouija needle around the board.
I have poor forward head posture. I am kicking myself for going with this outfit when I initially met Dr Lloyd. This guy’s head walked into the room two seconds before the rest of him. His head hangs in front of his chest like Quasimodo. Doctor heal thyself!

im a hairdresser and suffer from neck and back pain… i come here a lot to get adjusted. i was recommended to dr. brandon and i love him… the other guys are nice too… the cute guy that massages me before getting adjusted is a bonus…
i pay monthly and come when need…
The parking isn’t fun sometimes but they do have spots where you can park… i usually come with a friend so its easier to park…

This place is beyond great!!! I was in town for a meeting and developed severe back pain. It was no problem that I had never been there before and I was able to walk in! You can actually walk in anytime during business hours and they take care of you in about 2 minutes! They also have rolling tables, massage vest things and other assorted apparatuses to help with what ails you! I went in the first time at lunch and then again the next day. The staff were very caring and nice, I could barely move and their concern for me was very comforting! If I lived in Denver, they’d be my only chiropractors!

I move hot tubs for a living, I am always busy and time is very important. I love the fact they get you in and out. They are also very very affordable with their packages. I can think of 3 times I have hurt myself to the point of not sleeping, moving or being able to use the toilet by myself and after a week they have me back in tip top shape to do it all over again. Some people who see a «conveyor» system should realize their system is extremely efficient. For people who cannot waste an hour in their day I can get in and out and their staff is phenomenal.

My story: I’ve been going to chiros for a long time. I could feel that my back was about to go out so I went to my regular chiro. It went out anyway– he treated me almost daily for 2 weeks and I was feeling almost recovered when I sat down too hard and threw it out worse than I ever have. Could not walk. Could not move. My regular chiro just stared at me as I cried attempting to do the exercises he recommended. He looked scared to touch me. So a friend took me to 5280. They were amazing. Adjusted me and provided some relief and gave me realistic exercises and advice that really helped. I was so grateful – they’re great in an emergency. I made faster progress towards recovery with a worse injury than I had with my previous dr.
The positives:

The staff is nice

The cons;
They move really quickly. If you’re not seriously injured you really need to speak up or your issues will not be addressed.
You might not see the same doctor every time.
You need to take charge of your recovery. They don’t hold you accountable or even check in that your doing what was advised.
I don’t think they are the most amazing place on earth but the convenience of the office coupled with the amazing care they took of me when I needed it most has made me a very loyal patient.

After reading reviews i felt compelled to write one also. First off, I bought the Groupon a few years ago that included the massage and adjustment. The massage was from a male therapist and was actually VERY good.
OK so after the massage is where the visit went south. I was taken in a room and they took X-​Rays and other reviewers were right with the HARD SELL. They couldn’t adjust me on this day because they needed to «go over the X-​Ray», an inconvenience to the patient. Then another employee came in and proceeded to sell me a plan saying that I really needed to come in 2 – 3 times per week. He proceeded to ask for my SSN and then signed me up for Care Credit without me even really knowing what was going on. I know at this point i should have asked why he needed this information but i was caught off guard. So now i was approved for Care Credit and charged $ 500. The employee that explained this was confusing and made it seem like the $ 500 was for one year, when in actuality it was for two to three months! I got home and had HUGE buyers remorse, I cannot afford $ 500 for 2 – 3 months, nor do I want to go in 2 – 3 times per week! I actually wasn’t even sure why the frequency was so high? I went in there with no injuries just sore from working at a desk all day. Luckily I called the front desk and explained that I did not want to buy this «plan» and they refunded the most of the $ 500 to the Care Credit account.
I have been adjusted a few times from them in the past couple of years and every time you go in, its the same thing. You literally sit in a waiting room, and there are tables that most everyone can see the doctors adjusting other people. I found this to be weird and not at all relaxing. Every time i went in the doctor barely asked what was hurting etc. and did a basic adjustment that took literally one minute. After talking to other friends who have good chiropractors i realized that this place just doest care about its patients. They are all about the quantity of people going through that they can bill. It really is like herding cattle through. I will not be back.

Really friendly, helpful and efficient across the board and well priced too. Highly recommended!!!

It’s only my 3^rd visit here at the office today, but considering it’s been my very first time to a chiropractor, I’m so grateful to have found such a great place! Everyone is very helpful, even at their busiest hour. They get you in and out without a doubt! I have so many good things to say about this place. I recommend for anyone!

I have a NEW injury after visiting this office! I have been seeing chiropractors for over 15 years, let me explain why this office was one of the worst I’ve been to. The 1 star is for their employee Patrick, who was very nice, genuine, personable, and kind.
I came in after a slip/​fall accident in which my hips and back were totally out of whack. The doctor who saw me (who is not listed on their website, so I don’t know his name) made me really uncomfortable. I’m not sure if he had 10 cups of coffee too many or was on something, but he was all over the place and spastic in his speech and demeanor, I kept wondering, «what in the world is he so nervous about? Or what is he on, this isn’t normal behavior. I’m supposed to trust this guy?» It was really awkward and the opposite of calming, caring, and collected. He was also very robotic, like he’d said the exact same thing to 1,000 people before me, there was absolutely NO genuine connection and it felt SO impersonal. I did not feel like he genuinely cared about my injuries or my healing. I was told to come back the next day to go over my xrays and be adjusted, but why? I’m here right now, I’m injured and had to take more time off to return the next day.
I returned the following day and was put in a room to watch informational videos on proper alignment (nice for newbies, but I already explained I have 15 years with chiropractic care, I’m very well informed) and then the spastic doctor came in to explain my xrays, he was just as uncomfortable with the darting eyes, fast and scattered speech, and nervous demeanor. (he has to be on something, not even red bulls all day would cause it and his pupils were huge!) :/​
My xrays were explained and then the preprinted care plan and financial obligations were given to me. I still haven’t received any adjustment and we’re already talking about the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I’m supposed to commit to. He left to get an employee to come use the massage tool on me, which never happened and he returned and did my adjustment. Now, I have seen chiropractors for almost half my life, the adjustment took less than a minute and was completely basic, and I could feel that there hadn’t been movement in the areas that needed it.
I came in that same week for a second adjustment, this time it was with a different doctor I had never met. I watched him adjust another woman in a room with a door, that was wide open. She left, he came out and asked for me. He had me lay on the table and started another super basic adjustment. He did not take any time to ask how I was feeling from my last visit, and he definitely did not look at my records to see what my issues were and what I was there for. This is when the new injury occurred. The adjustment was SO fast, and when he adjusted my neck I could feel immediately that it felt off compared to how «on» it felt only seconds earlier. My neck has been causing me constant pain ever since and over the weeks since that visit it has now become almost unbearable.
This office is truly a conveyor belt of bodies, get as many people in as quickly as possible and out just as fast. It was SO impersonal and NO sign or feeling of any genuine care for the patients, I was just another body. I found it ridiculous and absolutely appalling because this type of work is VERY personal and people are there because they are hurting. If this is chiropractic care of the future, it is truly a shame!
After leaving this medical office I am suffering more than when I went in, and no my injuries from my slip and fall did not improve (even though it was only two visits, I’ve had chiropractors who’ve helped immensely in one visit) and I now have unbearable neck pain and limited range of motion. If a practitioner does not take the time to engage with you personally and be informed of your injuries and previous care, they should not be taking patients. We are PEOPLE, not cows being herded through. As a healer myself, I highly recommend finding practitioners that care about each individual and provide care in a genuine and nurturing manner, while taking the time to do so for every single patient that walks through their door. This is the most negative review I have ever left for any establishment, and it is because it is 100% deserved, in hopes to inform others to receive care elsewhere.

I absolutely love coming here! Victoria and Patrick are incredibly friendly and welcoming when I come in to get my adjustments. And Dr Hettick is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. I feel instant relief from seeing him. I have an 8 month old son who also receives regular care since he was born and they are all so sweet with him. I have minor scoliosis, poor posture and pain from carrying around my heavy baby. I don’t know how I would function without these guys!

I started going to 5280 Chiropractic when I got a groupon after a car accident. The doctor set me up for a massage and he did x-​rays day one to see what was going on before making an adjustment. He then scheduled my next appointment and went over my x-​rays with me explaining what was wrong and how he could fix it. He also let me know he could show the damage from the wreck and we could get it taken care of through insurance.
The girls at the front showed me the check in process, they are so kind I like them all. They are always quick to help and I’ve never waited to get in — you can even walk in if you need an extra adjustment because you’re in pain or whatever.
They also set me up with the greatest massage therapist ever. She has made recovering so much easier!

So interesting to read these disparate reviews. People have certainly had a wide range of experience here.
I went in without expectations, having had my own chiropractor for several years but some chronic unresolved issues. I had been gifted a coupon (cited as a $ 150 value) which had given me the impression that I’d have a consultation at the very least and probably an adjustment.
The atmosphere was busy but friendly, and the reception area smelled of incense, which I happen to like as a yoga freak, but I could see how some might not. I was led back to a room by a brisk but sprightly young woman who asked me a battery of questions and then let me know that because they were concerned with «cost containment» the doctor would probably only consult with me and decide on what kind of treatment I needed.
Of course I felt immediately let down. I had no idea what my friend had actually paid for the certificate, but I was familiar with how some of these deals work to rope people in. Oh well, at worst nothing had been lost and nothing gained. I waited for the doctor.
Dr. Mike showed up and questioned me pretty thoroughly about my chronic issues and my previous chiropractic care. He was familiar with my practitioner. Then he checked out my spine, my irritated shoulder, and my ribcage on the left side (I have GERD issues). He proceeded to tell me what he could feel was wrong with my alignment, and *immediately adjusted me* in several places, including my neck and hips. He worked on some pressure points around and related to my stomach area. He even found the misalignment with my rib and right clavicle (such a chronic issue I’ve had with that shoulder, and no one has been able to help!) and *popped them back into place.* It hurt, but in a good way! Criminy! I started coughing because I could actually finally take a deep breath into that lung.
He said to come back if I had any more problems — he could work on my stomach issues more — but in no way did he give me the hard sell. I was pretty impressed. He far exceeded any expectations I might have had about the kind of care I was going to get with an «introductory» deal. I can’t speak about any of the other caregivers there, but if I need anything else I’m coming back to Dr. Mike!

If you like situations in which you are pressured to buy into their «plan» to heal you and herds you through like sheep, then this is your place. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a chiropractor’s office in my life. The people who claim to be healed by this place isn’t due to the great work the chiropractor is performing, but rather due to the frequency with which these ‘plans’ require one to go visit them — 2 or more times a week, sometimes 4! I bought into the ‘plan,’ and frankly, after seeing other chiropractors once every couple of months, I felt better than after I visited this place. To top it all off, after going sometimes 4 times a week, I am pretty certain the Dr. still didn’t know my name and never took the time to say much past, «Hey. How are you today?»

REALLY IMPRESSED /​/​never a wait /​healed considerably from a car accident
Chose 5280 Chiropractics for treatment following a car accident that resulted in whiplash injuries. Chose them primarily based on convenient location (downtown denver — 16^th street)… was pleasantly surprised over many months of services with their professionalism. Unlike most Doctors offices they handle a high volume of patients without ever expecting someone to wait more than a moment or two (computer self check-​ins) – thank you! They were absolutely flexible with my non-​regular schedule and drop-​ins without appointments.
Whatever questions /​concerns I raised… (recommendations for chiropractors during travels /​treatment questions /​accommodating a Saturday appointment) they were gracious and prompt to fulfill additional needs.
Services by the Dr. helped me considerably. I’m no longer routinely in Denver or I would surely continue with them.
They were extremely patient with holding off on having me front any expenses for what would be handle by an insurance claim. Never pressured me to close the claim to get their money until I felt ready to do so.
Cons: very few…
The warm-​up muscle exercises performed by assistants prior to adjustments by the doctor (with a sort of muscle-​hammering devices) were quite in-​consistent amongst several assistants. The females assistants somehow had really great technique… seemed to sense the areas /​pressure needed while a male assistant or two… seemed like they have never been properly trained… really painful and skipping across different areas. I could see this easily turning off a new patient on their first encounter…
I didn’t care to see or hear loud flyer-​pushing types on several occasions outside the building… pressing coupons to passer-​byers on behalf of 5280 Chiropractics… makes the service feel quite cheap and pressing by any means for mass volume of patients.

Ok if you enjoy buying a car, you will love this place. Because its all about the SALE. SELL SELL SELL!!! Its on video screens all around you! Its in the pitch you get from every single employee! BUY BUY BUY!!!
I did give it two stars because I was in pain and the adjustments made a really big difference. My pain was substantially relieved. However the atmosphere is simply all about the sell, while pretending to be about patient centered health. Its a money maker for sure.

I love this place. Seriously love it. I came in because I’d been having crazy pain in my shoulder as well as random lower back pain that would come and go. It finally got so bad that I decided to do something about.
I had an examination in which it was determined that the cause of said pain was probably from work. I work with kids and there’s a lot of lifting little people, bending down, leaning over and sitting on the floor. After the examination I made a follow up appointment for the next day so that I could get adjusted. I came back in the following morning still experiencing mild discomfort but I knew that after work I’d probably be back in pain again. My adjustment felt great, I didn’t know my shoulders could feel like that! It considerably helped my lower back pain and I’m looking forward to some regular appointments to get that back in order.
I haven’t had a massage here yet but I am looking forward to finding some time to come in and get one. Glad I found a Chiropractors office where it’s easy to get an appointment, the staff is great and I feel awesome when I leave. Thanks 5280 Chiropractic!

I bought a Groupon deal and had my massage. I had a totally different experience. I think it was one of the top 5 massages I’ve had in my life! I think his name was Jade and he did a lot of deep tissue work. I have had an old injury flare up and he worked on it — it was awesome — I’ve been in a LOT of pain lately and I’m still feeling pretty good. My experience was totally different than the other young lady’s experience — mellow Billie HOliday playing, shades were almost completely drawn, quiet and polite practitioner. There was a big afternoon storm going on and quite a few firetrucks passed by. He apologized for that, but I told him I was so relaxed that I could hear them, but didn’t bother me one bit. If I didn’t work in the Tech Center, I’d be there again.

I had such high hopes but the all fell flat. I bought a Groupon for a massage. I was so excited. Great deal and I needed a massage. So I called them on a weekend (the only time I have to get a massage)… only to find that they are only open 9 – 5 M-​F… Well… I work 8:30 to 5:30 M-​F… So I am not real sure how I am going to get this massage.
I happen to have a random day off and so I quickly schedule the massage. I get there a few minutes late (totally my fault, I own that) and have to wait to see my therapist. She brings me in and starts a ton of chatter… telling me what to do for my low blood pressure, etc… Look, I’ve been dealing with my health issues for years, I am running late, I’ve had a rough day and frankly, I just want my massage. 5 – 8 minutes of chatter and finally she lets me change. At this point we are a good 20 minutes into my 60 minute massage. She comes back in and begins the massage.
At this point, let me emphasize that she was a very lovely woman, however, she had a breathing issue which I guess caused her to snort and sniff every few minutes which totally broke the moment for me. Totally distracting and did not allow me to relax. The other issue was, I felt like she was basting me for Thanksgiving. Every time she touched me, she used two or three pumps of massage lotion. I felt slippery and slick by the end. You could have slip and slided me out the door…
All this plus no soothing music, just a loud waterfall that didn’t cover the sounds of the rest of this busy clinic and full on fluorescent lights while I was face down (my eyes were open because I couldn’t relax)… it was absolutely, hands down, the least relaxing massage I have ever had.
Now I am sure most of this is distinct to my therapist (who again, was a very nice lady) but the busy clinic didn’t make it a very restful experience.
Sorry, I won’t be coming back. If you are looking for rest and relaxation, this isn’t the place. If you want therapy and chiro in conjunction with massage, this might be a better fit.

I can’t say enough about the care and service at this office. I have mild scoliosis and have been utilizing chiropractic for over 20 years, in a variety of places because I move a lot — including New York, Dallas and San Francisco. So I’m a «veteran» of chiropractic care and can honestly (and enthusiastically!) report that 5280 Chiropractic has delivered hands-​down the best care, the best results and the best service of any place I’ve ever used. Some highlights:
Wait time: I have yet to wait as long as 5 minutes before treatment. I always make appointments, but they also take walk-​ins and so far I’ve never seen anyone in the waiting area. They are very organized and go to extra measures to ensure no one waits for great care.
Diagnostics: It’s important that both you and your doctor know what’s going on with your neck and back before you let anyone touch you. The best way to find this out is through x-​rays, thermal scans and other diagnostic measures. This office insists on diagnostics and that says a lot about their professional care and credibility. Remember that a doctor who insists on diagnostics is holding him/​her self accountable for results — if you know where you were when you started and x visits later the tests are re-​run, you’ll have objective proof of the effectiveness of the treatment. Dr. Lloyd is not afraid to be held accountable for positive results and this is the whole point, isn’t it?
Knowledge and care: Dr. Lloyd really knows his stuff. I believe great chiropractic is an art as well as a science. Dr. Lloyd is an artist who gives the highest quality of individualized care to his patients. He is the real deal. Oh, and he’s a triathlete, so one can trust he knows how to take exceptional care of the body.
Service: Every person who works here is incredible. Friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, service-​oriented. Victoria, Christina and Patrick always greet me with a warm smile and a hello and they remember who I am and what my care is about. They are truly the support that allows Dr. Lloyd to work his magic.
Results: In the four months that I’ve been going to 5280 Chiro, I have achieved more positive results than with any other chiropractic office, ever. See my comment re: diagnostics above. I know — and have both seen and felt — how dramatic the improvement is for both my spine and my neck. Absolutely incredible.
It doesn’t get any better than 5280 Chiropractic. I hope you do yourself a tremendous favor and give them a try.
