Service DANK food DANK prices DANK… I highly recommend the tacos. Also, as an insider tip, you can get the caesar salad as a wrap!

I would hire Ian Campbell as my personal chef any day. The food was fantastic and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I had the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and I’d probably eat it 7 days a week if I could. Best part about this place is you can go to Terminal, get a beer, and wash it down with that delicious ACME burger. Do it.

I know many frown upon judging food by price, but it really affected my experience here. I ordered a burger with cheese, fries, and a soda. They double-checked to make sure I was ok paying $ 1.50 for cheese. I said yes, thinking it must be REALLYGOOD cheese. I like all of the dining establishments at the new Union Station, so I expected this place to impress me. For what is essentially a burger stand in a transit center, I was disappointed that my burger, fries, & soda cost $ 20. I know there are fees added to support the Union Station renovation, but I still think the total was high, especially after I tried my food. When I picked it up at the counter, the burger was barely assembled. The bun, burger, tomato, & lettuce resembled a Venn diagram rather than stacked sandwich layers. I had expected better presentation, or at least a sandwich with all the parts on it. They didn’t seem busy, so I wasn’t sure why it was so hastily thrown on the tray. I sat in the hall, reassembled my sandwich, and dug in. The burger was ok. Even if I’d been served it for free, it still would have been just ok, not great. The cheese was unremarkable, the patty just fine. The Acme fries, however, came with a cheesy dust that I found unpalatable. I don’t like dust on my food, even fancy cheese dust. I ended up throwing them away, despite the high price I’d just paid for them.

Should have eaten at McDonald’s. The burgers here taste like they bought ready made patties at Walmart. I would have given a 2-star review but after about an hour I had my first case of indigestion in a decade. If you want a burger this is a poor choice.

I stopped in at 6:00 on a Sunday night and had a half hour before my father’s train boarded. There wasn’t much of a line so I figured I could get a couple of pretzels from the case on the counter. After dropping $ 11 for two pretzels(what is this a sports arena?) I was handed one of those pagers restaurants pass out when waiting for a table. A half hour later, a call went out to board the train and still no pretzels. I chucked the pager on the counter and left. Part of me wishes I kept the electronic device as a reminder never to go here again.

I will say that the food was actually really good, and it seemed like everyone working here was working really hard, but it took ridiculously long to get our food, and half of it was sitting under the warming lamps for quite a while before they gave it to us. They were not apologetic and they served somebody else who complained a lot more quickly than us. As advertised, this is a tourist trap in a beautiful building that was not worth the wait.

This place is great. They have no nonsense burgers and brats and they even have a tuna burger and a veggie burger for additional options. Prices are reasonable, and they’re open late. I think I like them better than hopdoddy. The best part is the bun. A potato bun of deliciousness. PS. The kids burger is the same size as the regular burger but it’s cheaper.

Not the type of food that I would eat on my break time. Old school burger was really old school. I don’t know why this place has this kind of staff, I think its for the best that they stop serving this one. Bread sandwich was the same. I didn’t liked it so surely also wont like it.

Traveling by Amtrak Train from Omaha, NE to Colorado Springs, Co with a 12 hour(yes, TWELVE!!!) layover at Denver Union Station. Boy was I glad for that layover! Otherwise, we would never have experienced ACME burgers! I had the veggie burger combo. Very clean with soooo many condiment choices: jalapeños, sweet pickles, banana peppers, onions, malt vinegar and traditional ketchup and mustard… with others if you ask. Good fries, too!

Mixed experiences. First visit(early 2015) excellent brat with sauerkraut and a Boylan’s fountain drink. Perfect. Second visit(today): good burger with olive spread. Said yes to «chips and a drink?» Regretted both. Boylan’s replaced with Pepsi machine(though the menu still says Boylan’s) and tough French fries. Bring back the Boylan’s, please?

The girl at the front counter was very nice. I like that as I approached, she had a smile and welcomed me even as she waited on another customer signing a credit card receipt. I ordered two fries and both came out crunchy and delicious. At three dollars each plus two dollar for tip, yes I did tip on a take-out because I like to reward good service even if it was just a smile and welcome, the fries were worth it.

Good Burger spot inside Union Station. Walk up and order then take a pager thingy and wait for your order to be ready. At night they have servers walking around to take your order. It would be nice if they had some dedicated seating so you dont have to fight for a place to sit. The fries and the burger didnt disappoint my taste buds.

Bank Breaker Burger The B.O.M.B. Burger sounds delicious right off the bat with maple bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms and bleu cheese but it really let me down. The burger was very dry even with all those amazing ingredients. The size of the burger you would imagine to be pretty big for a $ 10 burger(WITHOUT fries included!). For that price the size better be big pr it needs to include fries. Sausages get the job done for a decent price. The size of them actually might be bigger than the burgers surprisingly. Basically just avoid eating here unless you really don’t have time to leave the station. It took them about a solid 15 minutes to get our order of a burger, a sausage and a side of fries out, in other words its not fast.

Acme has a very tasty burger!!! I would probably opt for less lettuce but aside from that its mmm mmm good, cooked at a perfect medium well, full of flavor from the bun to the beef. Its a tiny walk thru shop, everything is Ala carte. Be prepared to shell out around $ 30 for Two burgers with cheese one with bacon, two orders of fries and a soda. Everything is one size and made to order. So no worries you wont have a nuked re heated burger awaiting you at the end of the line. Once you order you will receive a buzzer it takes about 10 mins for your food to be prepared. Grab a seat inside Union Station. People watch eat and enjoy.

We popped in here yesterday for a quick lunch around 2:30 and were pleased that they were open on the holiday. The menu is easy to read and I kind of liked how simplistic it was. My husband and I each ordered an original burger and chose to add cheese. The gentleman taking our order was definitely less than pleased to be working and it showed. He rang us in though and quoted a final price of $ 19. For two cheeseburgers(american cheese). No sides or drinks. We got our buzzer though and went and plopped down in the Terminal Bar. Our wait was about 10 minutes, which was just fine as they appeared to be making everything fresh. The burgers are a decent size and both of ours were cooked to a nice medium. The bun was delicious and is slathered in butter, which gives it a nice crunch, though also adds to the richness. We were both intrigued by the Acme sauce and couldn’t quite figure out what was in it. Garlic and tomato and something? It’s delicious but definitely leaves a turbo aftertaste that mints wouldn’t get rid of. Overall, the burgers were enjoyable and well prepared. The price is outstandingly high compared to neighboring options and so this is likely a one and done. But it’s worth a try and I like how you can enjoy your meal anywhere in Union Station.

I’m not sure why this place has such poor reviews. I came here late on a Sunday evening and had a fantastic experience. As a vegetarian, fast food burger joints frequently fail me, but this place has a killer veggie burger. That, plus the ACME fries, which were just ammmmaaaazing. Opt out of the to-go option and instead get your food on a tray to take out to the big Union Station hall. Nom nom nom.

It’s nice that Union Station has re-opened and we now have some places to eat on this end of 16th St. ACME Burger and Brat Co. is a welcome addition to my lunch choices. I’ve had their burgers and fries and everything is A-OK. Not the best burgers and fries I’ve had, and certainly not the worst. However, at close to $ 12(not even including a drink!) for a joint that is basically a counter that you order at and pick up your food when it’s done, I see almost no value proposition. I can take a short drive and get a MUCH better burger and fries at Park Burger(with a drink!) for less than that. When I don’t have time to drive and am looking for a quick burger, I’ll stop in. But if I have time and a similar craving, I’ll be elsewhere.

I went to Acme burger in union station for lunch. the brats looked great but I got the ahi burger and fries. the malt fries were pretty good, but kinda salty. The burger was a big disappointment. First, the price was insane for what you get. A(tuna)burger and fries for $ 14… ok, it’s more common these days but it doesn’t make it ok. This tuna burger was tiny. Mostly I paid for the bun it seems. The tuna chunk in the middle was cold inside and warm outside. It barely had any taste either. No marinade or seasoning at all. I am pretty bummed I spent that much on this. I don’t think I will be going back but I am glad I tried and know now. Also, the name is terrible…
