Front Range Ski Bus

This business deserves 5 stars, they have places to improve but I would recommend them to anyone that could use a bus from downtown Denver to the mountains. I went up on a Friday, they had about 9 people total on the bus, about half were signed up to go to Copper, including myself, and the others Loveland, but since Loveland had fresh powder, Copper got none, slowly everyone switched to Loveland. Many of us prepaid for the respective lift tickets (that day was $ 37 Loveland, $ 65 Copper, a fantastic price, plus add their bus charge), they refunded the difference in lift ticket price and emailed me the receipt on the bus ride up, that was a great perk.
The bus wasn’t brand new, but it smelled odorless inside and only had some dirt from shoes on the floor. Lots of ski resort stickers. They were helping a new to them driver get up to speed on their particular bus and ways of operation, but it sounded like she had many years driving buses and other passenger transportation that I felt comfortable the entire time, the driving style was smooth and courteous to other drivers. I didn’t check, but they do run snow tires on the bus and have chains to use as required. We got their quickly, they showed up before 7, left a couple minutes after, and was their about 8:15.
The two employees not driving were very helpful with any questions about the resort and answered all the questions I had about the resorts and Colorado in general. I got good tips on where to go that day. They had bottled water and a snack at the end of the day for us.
I was impressed when one guy didn’t show up on time to leave, they called him to determine whether to wait or go pick him up, they won’t just leave you stranded.
One thing I hope they can improve on is when a couple riders didn’t pay for Loveland lift tickets ahead of time while booking online, they didn’t have a way to sell them lift tickets via credit card on the bus with their phone. They had the tickets available for them, but could only accept cash. Their booking system seems to work fairly well on their phones, I hope they can add this.

Showed up a couple of minutes late, but we still got to our destination half an hour early. Service was awesome, on the way there and back got water and snack, which was totally unexpected. Would definitely ride again and again.

We recently chartered this bus for a bachelor party, it was awesome. I had tried other bus companies but felt like my business wasn’t appreciated or they were doing me favor. As soon as I called Front Range though they were super friendly and helpful. Andy answered all my questions and helped with anything he could. I called him multiple times to ask questions and organize better and he was always accommodating and flexible. Come the day of the party we went on a brewery tour which he helped me arrange with different breweries and was on time and flexible to whatever we might’ve wanted to do. Mid-​tour he even offered ideas and was willing to make phone calls for us at the next stops to get a better idea of what our best options were. Overall, just a friendly, great service that made our day the most enjoyable it could’ve been and the next time I or any of my friends need a bus, I or they are definitely giving Andy a call. Awesome! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who were very helpful in giving us pointers on which runs would work for us as beginners at Loveland. Plus, free snacks! That Clif bar really helped me on the slopes. This is a great way to get to Loveland and other ski areas if you’re staying in downtown Denver.

This site does not follow what they say. I am currently visiting Denver and was looking forward to taking this ride up to see a concert tonight. On their website they say you have to book by Midnight the night before the event. There were a bunch of my friends that wanted to take it as well. When we went to book yesterday the site would not let me. We called numerous times and some friends even sent out texts. They responded that they cancelled the bus because they had no riders. HELLO we wanted to take the bus. They do not follow up on what they preach. If you have till midnight take what you get. Your a business this is how you lose customers!!!

A took a chance with buying a season pass for the Front Range Ski Bus for my birthday back in November due to positive recommendations from previous riders. It has been the best birthday present I’ve bought myself in years.
I love to ski and was tired of waiting on friends to carpool up. I have often ended up driving myself alone when others backed out due to busy lives.
Front Range Ski Bus allows me to drop off my car and be picked up at the Woolly Mammoth parking lot. It is a locally owned small business, and you will likely have one of the friendly owners as your «host» offering you a bottle of water or juice box, along with snacks both on your way up and back down. I can chat, snooze, or just listen to my music. When we arrive, I’m dropped off the «doorstep» and my equipment is handed down to me after it has been riding in the specially designed back of the bus. I’ll be promptly picked up at the same spot in the afternoon. On the way back down off the mountain, I don’t have to worry about being too tired, as a well rested driver is dealing with the ice, snow, and traffic.
They also have some of the best prices on discount tickets. On my last trip, there was a group of gentlemen who purchased tickets with a lot of complications on their favorite popular discount website. It turned out they could have saved themselves a lot of time, as Front Range Ski Bus sells the same ticket for the same price, except it is handed to you with a hanger so you won’t be standing in any cashier lines.
One day, multiple day, and season passes are available. If I could give them six stars, I would.
If you often struggle with traveling alone and have a season ski pass, like I do, you need a Front Range Ski Bus pass too.

Finally an affordable way to send your teens up to the mountains — buying a 4 pack is the way to go… less than $ 22 round trip to Loveland!

I was in Denver visiting friends last week. At 9 pm on Thursday night I was planning to sit around the house the next day; waiting for my friends to get out of work. (My only way to get to the Mts, or so I thought…) After some quick Google searches and a late night call to Front Range HQ to make sure it wasn’t too late for next day reservations (it wasn’t) I had a one way ride and a Loveland lift ticket for $ 60!
Their pick up location is super convenient; they provide tons of snacks and drinks on the way up, and the staff that I met was very cool and professional at the same time. I can’t imagine the price and service being beaten by anyone else; if you want to go to one of the resorts they service I would def recommend Front Range. Make sure to check if they have deals for where you’re headed.

Loved riding the ski bus! If you are headed to the slopes, this is the way to go. I bought my lift tickets through them and it was cheaper to get the ticket AND ride than it was to buy the ticket at the window. They provided snacks and drinks and were very professional and curteous. After a full day of skiing/​riding, who wants to drive? You can nap on the bus. I was in town for business and hated to miss the chance to ski, so I booked them. I will be back every time I visit Denver!
