Always Clean

I had a horrible experience with this company (June of 2015). After having a supervisor first come to my house to get an estimate and assure me of what services would be done I had one of their employees come to my house. They promised me a very experienced house cleaner. However the person they sent told us she was new at this type of work (two weeks new).
She was at our house for hours and hours. By the time she left hardly anything had been done.
Vacuuming portions of the house and cleaning portions of bathrooms is all I could tell she did.
Kitchen counters and two sinks were not touched. Dishes were left in the sink. Throw rugs left on the floor un-​vacuumed while mopping was done minimally around them.
Bathroom sinks and floors left untouched.
Popcorn and 2 glasses still sitting on the coffee table. They say they clean window sills. That didn’t happen.
I really don’t know what the person did in my house for the many hours she was there. It was very odd.
They refuse to negotiate the bill down. The owner says I refused her offering of a re-​do at the time of the service. I did refuse as I was told in the first place that I would have their most experienced employee. Why would I want more work from someone else from them? I had already lost my trust in them. They were unable to come and check the work and now they keep billing me $ 146.
I my experience they are difficult to deal with and a scam.

About five years ago when I had finished remodeling my house, a friend gave me a gift certificate as a ‘new house’ warming gift of Always Clean. After a remodel there is dust and dirt everywhere — the team did a great job. I have been using them since, amazing work, friendly people and I always feel comfortable running errands, taking the dog out and leaving while they work. Great price, great service!
