Three words… vintage, vintage, vintage! Good place for consignment in the Denver Metro area. Always new designer items and, as I said, lots of beautiful vintage items in excellent condition. Decent selection that changes frequently. Good return on consignment items. Friendly staff.

Fabulous brands, all items are in very very good shape && it’s all organized well! Purchased several garments & never have been disappointed with the quality! A+

This is more on the high-​end, yes, and so you will also pay more for your items… but they are quite a bit more notable than the majority of what you find in conventional thrift shops. That’s the cost of carefully curated merchandise, ladies!

I believe I saw one vintage piece of clothing here? This is not a place to find vintage but rather overpriced consignment. I have attempted to shop here 3 times just to give a fair advantage to Barbareeba. I have never bought anything. Just stopped in yesterday and was so disappointed. Really? What is going on with the prices here. I have lived in New York and in Boston and have never seen such high prices for mediocre labels at a consignment shop. Sorry, but Urban Outfitters, Free People, Banana Republic, J. Crew, and To The Max are not even designer clothing. Seriously…$ 58 for a freepeople dress that was at least 5 years old? My advice head down the street to a wider selection of reasonably priced and contemporary couture gems at Perpetual clothing.

Even though I often eave the store empty handed, I still love shopping here! The owner of this unique and SUPER affordable consignment shop has a keen eye for great buys. The boots, dresses and accessories are stylish and well chosen for the variety people who shop here.

I live in the neighborhood, and thought this would be a great place to shop for some unique vintage clothing. Well, I was wrong. The woman that was working (the owner) was so rude to me. She kept looking at me like I didn’t belong there and never asked me if needed help. I am a huge fan of consignment shops (which this is, not vintage, like they claim), so I did spend some time there to see if I could get past the rude vibe. The last thing I will mention is that everything I tried on was overpriced. I completely discourage people from shopping in this store. Very sad that I even had to write this review.

If you think this store is a vintage clothing store, you might want to check your Websters. Yes, they have a few (few, meaning, like a total of maybe a dozen in the whole place) vintage items… but mostly it’s high-​end consignment. Not that there’s anything wrong with that! But it ain’t a vintage clothing store any more than Jack in the Box is a Mexican restaurant just because they’ve got tacos on their dollar menu.
Why only two stars, you ask? I knocked off one for the false «vintage» advertising. I knocked off the other two for the salesgirl who was yapping on her cell the ENTIRE TIME I was there. Not once did she even put it down for a cursory, «if you have any questions or need any help, please let me know.» Nope. Yap yap yap yap yap. I got to learn about what she was having for dinner that night, and hear about the «way cute» Banana Republic skirt that’d just come in, and also about her dire need for random kitchen appliances. Super, awesome, way to make your customers feel welcome! She was STILL yapping into that thing when I left, after 15 solid minutes of browsing and finding a mere three (count ‘em!) items that would actually be considered «vintage.»
As I left, I considered the questions I might’ve asked the salesgirl, had she actually acknowledged my presence. After all, I was ready to buy! I had cash to spend! I left the place feeling like Julia Roberts when she told off that snotty Rodeo Drive salesgirl in «Pretty Woman.» Remember that scene?
«Big mistake. HUGE.»

Cute store but most the labels were chain stores — banana, white house; and the clothes were recent that tried to look vintage

Wasn’t looking for this store, but what a great little VINTAGE store! Vintage and new items. Great variety of tops, blouses, jeans, dresses (really cute dresses) and even some earrings.
Was immediately greeted by a wonderful woman who was quick to tell me that there was a great Sale going on. It was a great touch to walk into a place and know immediately that I had the pleasure of coming on a Sale day. :)
Although I did not find anything I needed especially I will totally be back to explore some more and add to my collection of clothing items that can never be too big! (I know women are out there that will agree with me)

If you’ve read any of my reviews you know that I like thrift shops but LOVE vintage shops so I was ecstatic when walking to dinner to come across this vintage/​retail store. It was fairly small but had some very good items. It was a mix of vintage and up-​to-​date clothing but was a tad bit more expensive then your every day vintage shop. All of the items were very well maintained and the cashier seemed to be helpful. But be warned — the clothes here are for more sophisticated/​conservative tastes.

Babareeba is cute. The clothes are all in good condition and they take pride in looking and feeling like a boutique instead of a resale shop. The clothes are middle of the road in terms of designers, don’t walk in here looking for authentic Gucci or Prada, but if you want a nice pair of designer jeans or a nice dress, this is a good place to go.

It’s so hard to find a GOOD vintage store these days, but Babareeba goes above and beyond. They sell vintage, used, and new clothing here. There’s always been some kind of sale going on (what’s up GIANT trunk full of tons of great stuff all priced at only FIVE DOLLARS!– My friend found a brand new pair, tag still on pair of jeans.)
The staff is super friendly and helpful– and not in the fake «I’m working on commission» friendly, but a «I’m honestly glad you’re here shopping in my store» friendly.
Fantastic REAL vintage and used clothing and a super fun atmosphere. A definite winner.

Fun shop with great prices and quality merchandise. I loved the fact that the tops were all sorted by color. Great accessories as well.

I live right down the street from this store and have been here many a time. Now I’ve never purchesed anything, but there has been MANY things I’ve wanted to buy (alas vintage shopping is difficult when it comes to sizes). I almost wish I was back in highschool because the dresses they have here would be GORGEOUS for prom.
This is a semi-​upscale vintage store, so you won’t find a lot of «hippie» wear or old-​school t-​shirts, but like the previous review stated, its very «anthropologie-​like» perfect for finding that one-​of-​a-​kind work wear peice or dinner-​out dress.
The prices are very fair and the quality of peices in the store are outstanding. Never will you find anything with a hole, tear or questionable smell like some vintage stores.

Babareeba is a wonderful vintage clothing store. but really so much more!
The owner has an uncanny way of pairing new and gently used items together in ways you would never think of doing yourself. The result is fun and funky and totally refreshing.
This is the original «Anthroplogie». there are no reproductions or knock-​offs here.
The prices are fair and there’s always a sale going on!
If you’re looking for a special outfit, take the time to visit the store and ask either the owner Jerilynn or her partner Kelly. Both ladies have a great eye and sense of style and will work within your budget to help you find a unique outfit!
On a side note, even if they’re not open, take the time to check out the amazing window displays! It’s in the hot Northwest Denver Highlands neighborhood, so you can grab some funky threads and a bite to eat all while getting some exercise!
