Man I forgot about this food truck, I use to eat off this truck at least twice a month. Great fresh Chinese food, I can’t seem to find them, are they still around?
Honestly this is the best Chinese food in Denver, not that they have much competition.

Honest to God… in a city saturated with food trucks, this one is by FAR the most underrated. It comes out piping hot and the rangoons are to die for. I used to live downtown and at with them frequently. I never had a bad experience.
In fact, once, I put the food in my bag, got on my bike and started to ride home. I was then hit by a car and despite my injuries, I first inspected my food to make sure it was OK. I got home, ate and then nursed myself back to health. I got a concussion but I also had a great meal.

Excellent Chinese street food. Whenever I see them on the street at lunch, I always stop. The food is always fresh, made from cage free chicken, vegetarian options available, reasonable prices, friendly service, what more could you ask for?

Their food is some of the most delicious American-​Chinese food you are going to find. Not only are the owners consistent with their food and service, they are extremely personable and you can tell they put a lot of TLC into their food.

I love these guys! I definitely get a little giddy when I hear that they are near where I work. Such a wonderful treat to get out of the office and into the sunshine and to see their smiling faces. Food is awesome, but go early if you don’t want to wait because they are extremely popular and get backed up with a line of people waiting so give yourself ample time. The food is fantastic, I think it’s fairly priced and a just perfect size portion!

I tried Bambu a few weeks ago while they were apart of Food Truck Row. The #5 HOT chicken was awesome… the ingredients were top notch and the presentation made it almost too good to eat. A great value and some of the best Chinese food I have ever had… Linsey and Josh are also very energetic and welcoming to share their passion. Find them and try this food… you will not be dissapointed.

Wow, their sesame chicken is AWESOME!!! It was almost too beautiful to eat. Very tasty, as was their eggroll. I highly recommend you try them out! You won’t be disappointed.
