Basements & Beyond

We finished our basement a little over a year ago and had such a great experience with Basements & Beyond! From the very start including the design phase to the mock ups to the construction to the punch list resolution, b&b did an amazing job making sure everything was done not only right but above and beyond my expectations. I am very anal and was very pleased when the project manager was more anal than I and saw flaws that I missed that he quickly resolved. They have a lifetime warranty that is impressive. They even called me after 6 months to see if I needed anything or if any issues came up since we started living in the space. They really are a top notch company that I wound use again in a heartbeat. While they probably won’t be as cheap as a guy in a truck, the experienced people, attention to detail and desire to ensure you are pleased with their work is worth the slightly higher cost. You get what you pay for and we could not be more pleased.

A few years ago, my husband and I worked with Wes, and the Basements & Beyond crew, to create our dream basement. From start to finish, they were nothing but courteous & professional… as well as extremely tidy at the end of each work day! I am an interior designer, and am very particular about who I recommend to clients – and, I can say, with no reservations, that I have, & will continue to highly recommend Basements & Beyond to anyone who is in search of a wonderful company that can deliver supreme quality & design. My husband & I will certainly hire them, again… as we have recently purchased a new home, and look forward to working with Wes, Chuck, & the entire Basements & Beyond family.

I just had my basement finished by Basements and Beyond. Having heard lots of horror stories about contractors which various friends and colleagues had used, I was initially anxious about delays, messes, cost overruns etc. I never had such problems with this very professional and experienced organization. They have a very efficient system starting from design, then transitioning into construction. They were constantly in communication with me, and always available by phone or email about concerns I had. Their prices are also very reasonable. A basement is a very complex project (like putting a small house into a house), and if you’re thinking about getting yours finished, I recommend a specialty construction company like B+B who knows all of the quirks and nuances, they’ll save you lots of grief!
