Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Stopped by last night to buy my son a congratulatory ice cream for the play his 5^th grade class at Stellar Elementary had just put on. We pulled into the parking lot at 8:09 pm. The store hours on their sign clearly displayed they were open until 10 pm every night. My son knocked on the door but the two employees, who were cleaning and counting down the register, refused to even look up and make eye contact. I called the store, but got no answer except that the mailbox was full.
My son loves BR, but I will not patronize this store again.

Amazing service. Incredible amount of customers lined up for their anniversary august 31 $ 1.31 a scoop.
Got 17 ice cream scoops for 17 big and little kids. $ 25.00
Everyone very happy and content.

Customer service is left to be desired. The ice cream is awesome but it’s not made there, I worked at an ice cream place as my first job, we were nicer, and kept our place cleaner. Get it to go… after standing in line forever because they take their time

As bad as its gets for customer service. We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was completely wrong when we went to pick it up. The girl called the manager but the manager told us that we could take it or leave it… No apologies or offer of anything else, it was even implied that it was my fault that the cake was wrong. Then after leaving the store, the girl behind the counter calls the manager while I’m still in the parking and is laughing on the phone. Horrible, horrible customer service they will never, ever get my business at this location again.
After leaving this store, I drove across the parking lot to Dairy Queen… What a night and day difference in customer service! I was greeted by the cashier as well as a manager. The manger helped me select a cake and even offered to make a custom one in about 20 minutes (After it took Baskin Robbins 3 days to make the wrong one).
Save your time, money and frustration and head straight to Dairy Queen!
Bottom line, Dairy Queen should be thanking the manger of this Baskin Robbins for sending business their way.

Mmmmm Daiquiri Ice. A long time favorite!

The flavor s are good. It is pricey but not bad for a once in a while treat. The tables have been dirty on my last 2 visits.

They are a little pricey here… but more good ice cream places are. They have great jamocha ice cream. And even better yet, jamocha oreo!!!

Way too expensive! we walked in then walked out! Seriously, the staff seemed like we were less than standard cause we wanted to save a few dollars and go home and make our own damn icees! Just joking, the prices seemed a little high so I told my wife let’s check the dairy queen that is in the same parking lot, we walked over there, and that was within reason, and very nice people there, I bet we honestly saved about 10.00 by shopping around sort of speak. Hey recession means retention, and I ended up having 10.00 bucks for gas that week!
