I have tried this location multiple times over the past 7 years off an on since leaving Denver and relocating back. My last 3 visits over the last 8 months have all been the same. More often than not, the customer service has been atrocious. Maybe I expect more as I managed several bebe’s in Dallas, but in general I was shocked. There was one exception where a tall stylist with a pixie cut was helpful in helping me find a dress for a wedding when I had limited arm mobility due to a fresh surgery. There is no front zone coverage, stylists didn’t greet me when you enter or tell you about promotions but continue their conversations with each other, manager barely speaks, don’t ask to start a fitting room until you are standing in the fitting rooms or near the registers. When they finally ring you up, they act as though they are doing you a favor. As I work in manufacturing management now and sometimes shop after work(imagine a woman construction worker with steel toe boots, long hair and makeup), often times they act like you are invisible because you don’t look glammed up. I love the brand, but the repetitive poor customer service at this location leads me to contact my old stores in Dallas and do phone orders, giving them the business.

I just had a really great customer service moment thanks to Britney at Bebe in Cherry Creek! I ordered a great holiday dress on hoping to wear it this weekend to an event. Since I’m between sizes I rolled the dice, and guessed wrong. Seeking a last minute size exchange, I called my local Bebe shop. Britney answered and confirmed that the size and color I needed was sold out in all the local shops. However, she took my information and said she would search the nationwide system to find a shop that had it in stock that also was still awaiting their nightly UPS pickup. Moments later she called back saying she found one, took my payment and shipping information, and poof! My dress is being overnighted to me in time for my event this Saturday. Retail can be pretty thankless work, but Britney should know she totally saved my weekend. It’s the perfect dress, and I’m so excited to wear it Saturday! Thank you!

I like going into Bebe to look around, but I usually never buy anything here. The clothing is cute, but I’m not paying your 1000% mark-up for sweatshop clothing. Sorry. The clothes are cute though. The staff is always friendly, and they let me do my own thing as I look around. There’s a big sales rack in the back of the store, but I can see why those things are on sale. I think the Bebe designers just had some leftover fabric, put a few stitches in it, and made a bet to see if they could sell what they came up with up. No, they couldn’t and these creations are in the sales section. A lot of stuff here has Bebe’s logo plastered all over it. I’m paying for a shirt, not paying to be advertisement for your store. But some people like that. I’m an independent gal who doesn’t like to be branded. Especially if it means«Baby» in French.

Bebe is a really cool store with slightly overpriced and trendy clothes. Sometimes you can find amazing shoes and fun trench coats. My favorite part of the place is the sale area. They have a ton of stuff back there and it’s usually marked down and then an additional 50% off. The girls who work there are always friendly and are good at picking out things for me that I would never think of. I also like their logo wear, in particular the bebe flip flops.
