I am still pretty new to the skincare world and products to use on the skin. There was a guy who offered assistance when I needed it. He was super knowledgable on the products and wasn’t annoyed by me asking about how several products worked. He also threw in free samples for me which is always a plus in my book. I would give it a 5 but the products can be pretty pricey! It won’t stop me from shopping here though. They are good quality products and the staff is friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy. The guy said that he could give me a sample of the moisturizer (which I ended up buying at the end) if I preferred instead of committing to the actual size. It’s also good that they will accept returns by either exchange or full refund if the product ends up irritating your skin or what not.

Loved the gentleman that helped me. I think he was the manager. He really knew the products and made great suggestions. Plus he hooked me up with some great samples!
My husband is now addicted to the $ 15 soap (great…) which he says is worth every penny. And I’m loving the Midnight Recovery oil thing (the one in the blue container). It smells amazing and isn’t greasy on my skin.
Definitely a fan of the products now and a fan of this store.

Whether you need a new cleanser, toner, foot crème or moisturizer Kiehl’s is the answer.
We went in for foot crème and came out with five extra products for me. The foot crème is a magical moisturizing treat for my feet. It turns rough and callused feet into soft and delicate in no time at all. It’s addicting, and I will return time and time again for this product alone.
I consider myself pretty low maintenance overall since I’m not a huge product girl — that was until I tried Kiehl’s products. I have now been using a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and a night time oil for weeks and am extremely pleased with the results. My skin has never felt so soft and refreshed.
My face and my feet thank you a thousand times Kiehl’s. Thank you for your magical potions.

Great store! I love Kiehl’s, but I usually buy online when there is a good deal or they give deluxe samples. So when I come to store, most of the times I ask for samples to try new products. Although I wasn’t going to buy anything, the staff was very helpful and provided with 5 samples.

Recently went in to purchase some midnight recovery cream and was blown away by the staff! If you need ANYTHING ask for Juan! He knows the ingredients for all their products and is so helpful! I will return to this location just because of him!

Some of the rudest and most aloof staff to be found in the mall. I only shop here if Nordstrom is out of stock, otherwise save yourself the hassle and get the same products for the same price. Half the time I visit I’m ignored. It’s not uncommon for a co-​worker to rudely interrupt the person helping you, as if you’re not there. Lastly, they treat you like you’re stupid, as if it’s the first time you’ve every bought skin care. I may not look like their preferred profile customer, but I’ve been buying high end cosmetics for 30 years. I wasn’t even offered their loyalty program, but my fair complected partner was, as he was rung up right after me.

Kiehl’s is a health and beauty store that very much caters to men’s grooming products. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of the Cherry Creek Mall, it always seems like it is not busy and then you walk in and three other people walk in with you. Its quite surprising how concerned my fellow men are with the suppleness of their hands :) I will say that the price point on their eye rescue products are much friendlier than the competitors and the employees are super knowledgeable and will pamper you with their samples.
There is a wash station so you can try some of the products and I think if you name drop that you have tried other products they will definitely give you some free samples.

Not a friendly environment. The manager, Jeffrey Montoyo, was sassy and rude. I expect that sort of sass from a drag queen on stage, but not from a place like kiehls.
The products are great. I’ll buy them at nordstrom since their return policy is modern and they aren’t limited by their pos system. The manager was so unpleasant I won’t be back. When you are buying a pricey item like a kiehls product, you want to support someone who’s doing a good job and help them make some commission in the process. That’s why I won’t be back. Rude, impolite, and not thankful for mine or anyone else’s business.

I liked it better when it was inside Dillard’s, the girl who manned the counter always had flawless skin. Now its own store, a bunch of guys in white robe man the floor, they either stink a (breath or body odor, ahem) or don’t give female customers the patience they deserve. I felt rushed with my purchase or wasn’t given enough choices. When the transaction is complete, he didn’t even look up to me when saying «thanks and have a nice day». And no samples with a $ 55 facial cream purchase? Boo…
