Blackjack Pizza

I love their sauce!!! Nice people and great customer service here. It is a little «divey» but good pizza.

We usually order Anthony’s pizza and love it. But my daughter, who is in elementary school, gets blackjack pizza through her school’s cafeteria. So, she convinced me to order here. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and they completely screwed up the order and did not include the extra cheese. Hence, I had a pizza with tomato sauce and not much cheese at all. And the cheese is what my kids love the most! Also, they dupe you with coupons but then add a delivery charge to it which makes it more expensive than what the other good pizza places would be. Don’t think that you’re saving money by ordering this because you probably aren’t, but you are for sure getting something that absolutely sucks.

Tonight was my wife’s first time ever eating at blackjack pizza. We are staying in Denver for the night and she was going to order from another Pizza chain but I told her we must try blackjack pizza. We ordered half Jackpot (for me) and Santa Fe (for her). The pizza came 10 minutes earlier than expected, and with her first bite, I’m pretty sure my wife got more pleasure than she’d already gotten from me. I believe she even said something about certain favors for the manager if it’d get her more of that pizza. She described it as an enchilada and a pizza magically rolled into one. I tried her half, and I admit… it was that good.
If you’re near a blackjack, give them a try. It’s a million times better than any hut, and at least 10 times better than that dom… domin… whatever it’s called…

Great timing, order was precisely what was entered and piping hot, except that they didn’t have blue bell ice cream, this pizza place is leagues above anyone in the 5 mile radius of us!
I will return my business to them from now on instead of that Pizza Hut place or dominos place, cause they are problems from the start. THANKS BLACKJACKS!!!
Ordered again today, tried new style of pizza and of course NOT disappointed as usual! Quick, super friendly driver, my bill just over $ 50.00 and so happy the driver got 20% and a $ 10 cash tip. Keep it up guys! Love ya!!!

For hubby’s birthday we decided to order pizza. His birthday is close to valentines day and trying to go out is just a nightmare. We used to love this brand down in highlands ranch, but it was nearly 10 years ago…
We used the online menu to determine what we wanted.
The ordering process on line seemed a bit wonky — you would select a «premium pizza», but then the options page still showed. the pepperoni «madness» pizza showed in the picture of basically a pizza covered edge to edge with pepperoni, what arrived looked like a basic pepperoni. The western pizza came without any bbq sauce. OR it all soaked in. All in all it is was a pretty disappointing delivery.
The only bright side was that their delivery fella knew exactly how to get to our house, with never having came before. Woot!
All in all, it was ok, but not worth the effort or the dollar.

I always feel bad ordering really late, but the food was great. Hot and delicious! (This is also coming from someone who’s 100% sober) and Joe was my delivery guy, very kind and actually found my door. Usually my deliveries always get lost and wake up my neighbors. I will definitely order again. Thanks guys! Also the small cheese bread order was actually pretty big, and very «Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle» style. ;)

This place is terrible, I order a pizza with light cheese, get no cheese, and there is sooooooo much sauce on this damn thing it’s like pizza soup… when it arrived it looked disgusting. When I called the shop they refused to do anything. Never ordering from here again.

Exactly what you would expect for a delivery pizza. Top of the line for franchise pizza choices, would pick over papa johns or dominos any day of the week. That being said consistency is sometimes questionable such as last night my buffalo bites showing up with no buffalo sauce and wait time can be long on occasion. Price is good and taste is amazing. None of the downsides ever hold me back from ordering a cracker crust with bacon, pepperoni and banana peppers!

I only put 1 star because I have to put atleast 1 star… They don’t even deserve 1 star lol… Worst pizza place ever! Run by a bunch of idiots. How hard is it to make a frozen pizza and deliver it less than a mile? Must be real hard because it takes them 2 hours for a small cheesy bread hahaha. Than when the pizza does get here, it’s cold, and doesn’t include the dipping sauces I paid for! Terrible terrible terrible, service I’d rather eat 711 pizza. Atleast they refunded me my money though because I was able to order sexy pizza, which was much better!

We used to order from here once a week, at least. Now I refuse to order from this chain anymore. They started putting online coupons that didn’t work correctly and started messing up almost every order. There was also no consistency to speak of, as sometimes it was good and sometimes it wasn’t.
They also keep flyering our house, even with a very visible «No soliciting» sign on our door. Leave us alone, we don’t want to order from you anymore!

This place sucks, i have ordered a hand full of times upon moving to their delivery range and lately they just don’t show up. If you want it have it delivered or go somewhere better like Marcos

This was our very first time ordering from BlackJack and it was damn good! Delivered to our place in a timely manner and the flavor of the Straight cheese and the Full House was delicious! We will be ordering us some BlackJack again!

I took my son here last week and we will not be returning. The food was sub-​par. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because at least the food is cheap.
Also, this company bombards our neighborhood with paper flyers every week saying «Congratulations on being selected our neighborhood of the week!» — we must be lucky we’re always the neighborhood of the week. Advice to the owner — stop littering and post your coupon on your web site.

When you’re craving cheap, no-​frills greasy pizza — black jacks got you covered!
I ordered one of their specials a medium two topping pizza with cheesy bread and wings for about $ 24. It’s far from fancy but it’s good! My delivery came in about 45 mins and my food was warm. I love that green chile is one of their toppings, so I added pepperoni for my medium pizza. The cheesy bread came with butter garlic sauce that’s to die for and will probably kill you but it’s so good. The wings were alright but it was a part of the deal so I can’t complain. I’ll definitely order from black jack agin!

Girl who answered the phone was courteous n quick, told me about 45 min for delivery. Was delivered within the timeframe. Ordered a large square pan cheese pizza and it was hot n delicious. Thanks

I ordered from the colfax location. 8 mild wings and a chicken Caesar salad. The wings were very good. The mild is hot though. I like spicy and they were a little too spicy for me. They had a very good flavor though so it made up for it. The salad was awesome. I work at a restaurant and our salad doesn’t even taste that good. It was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I used to be a big fan and we ordered from them every other week. The last two times the delivery too over an hour. I didn’t complain the first time because the pizza was at least still hot. The second time, however, it was cold so I called and asked to speak to a manager. He offered us a free pizza and asked me to wait on the phone while he put whatever he needed to in the computer. He said I would have to call in my order. Fast forward a few weeks, and I called to get my free pizza. The cashier handed me off to a manager named «Mark.» He treated me like total crap and made me feeling like I was making up a story for a $ 15 pizza. Seriously? I sent a comment thru their website and left a message for the manager relating that I wanted a chance to talk the situation out so that I could patronize their business again. No answer. I guess they don’t care about customers and I can’t get behind a business who doesn’t appreciate it’s customers.

This location is minutes from my office downtown and I’ve only been able to order from here a handful of times. Every time I have it delivered, it’s been crazy fast. The one time I had an issue with the delivery was because my office has two entrances and the guy had to call me to know which one. Big deal, no one cares.
As far as the pizza goes, it’s one of the best. If you had asked me years ago when I ordered from another location, I wouldn’t have been as pleased. Whatever they did, recipe changes, employees who care, it’s noticeable. My wife and I haven’t ordered from Domino’s or Papa Johns in over a year.
The employees on the phone and in person always find time to say hello, even when the phone is ringing off the hook, and at this location it never stopped.
Marijuana got legalized recently or something, but whatever, that’s not the point.
The employees were communicating with each other, with me, and answering the phone.
I’m always pleased and I will come back time and again.
As far as the reviews that feel the need to mention it’s not ‘gourmet’ pizza… Really? Would you say the same about any other pizza delivery chain? Go get gluten free pizza with tofu somewhere else.

I got hooked on Blackjack Pizza up in Fort Collins while in school, though for whatever reason every time I order it in Denver, it is not the same. Maybe it’s a franchise difference?
This is not gourmet pizza, but it’s your fault if that’s what you expect knowing it’s a chain. For the cost, the pizza is very good. The wings are meh.
But truthfully the cost and quality is unbeatable in this area considering there are no places that charge $ 10 or less for a quality pizza in Capital Hill. I will be ordering again!

In a past review, I probably would have given 3 – 4 stars, but the service I got last night was sub-​par and may be pushing me to order elsewhere for future deliveries.
For starters, my girlfriend called in our order and they said they didn’t deliver to our address, even though they had many times before. The guy on the phone was clearly new, and very polite, but not very well trained.
So I called back and got the order in without any problems, other than speed, which I should have taken as a sign for things to come. We were told 30 – 45 minutes, which is pretty usual, and went on with our evening.
An hour later, hungry and pizza-​less, I called to ask where our delivery was. They said «it was en route and the driver was new, so it would be there soon.» No offer to rectify or discount, but I let it slide.
When the pizza came, it was not hot anymore and they forgot our salad. I didn’t even bother to have them replace it, by the time it made it over in another hour or two we would have been getting ready for bed.
Advice to management, train your new guys better before you unleash their customer service on your repeat buyers or you may lose them.
