I bought a Groupon for 2 3-hour cleanings. First appt the girl left halfway thru and did a sloppy job. She left all the bathrooms halfway done with Ajax or some type of cleaning solution on the floors. Terrible service. Get your cleaning done from someone, anyone, else.

I usually research a company pretty well before using them … usually. I hired Breeze Concierge to do a mice-out clean for me after moved out of the rental I was in. Imagine my surprise when the cleaning lady showed up and asked me where MY vacuum cleaner was, as her employer didn’t provide vacuums for them. As I was already out of the house, I had to drive 20 miles to my new home to get a vacuum and then back just so the cleaning company to do what I had hired them to do … clean. When I contacted the *owner* he said that the cleaners had vacuums and he didn’t know what her problem was, but he would *clean the windows” as compensation …
never again will I use this company
