GOELSEWHERE. Jeff, our leasing agent, lied to us about many things. Everything from«The ceiling doesn’t leak despite that small stain — It’s been there for years with zero issues» to «Yes, of course the place will be professionally cleaned prior to your move-in date.» Guess what? Our ceiling leaks(which is disgusting) AND there were layers of dirt on light coverings, doorways, etc, when we moved in(also very disgusting). So tell me again what my security deposit and 1.5 months of rent ahead of time are covering? Not only did Denver Rental LIE prior to lease signing but they are currently giving us the run around with the ceiling issue(as I hear it drip in the background). This company is truly one that does not care once they have your money. If you call the main number, it provides the emergency maintenance number. If you call that number, it provides a DIFFERENT emergency maintenance number. If you already live with them, good luck. We’ve been living here for 2 weeks and it’s already been a huge pain trying to get anything taken care of – Things that a TRUE property management company would take care of right away. No empathy and professionalism from Niki or anyone else at DR. I worked in property management for quite some time and I can tell you, this company does not know how to operate with integrity.
