Did not have any of the drinks I wanted even though they were on the menu. When I decided on one they did have, they did not have the size I wanted. Then to make it even better after changing my order entirely and settling, they couldn’t get their machine to take my dunkin card. I was over this place real quick and will never go back!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I love Dunkin’ Donuts, so I took the opportunity to stop at the A gates to grab a delicious iced coffee for the road after landing in Denver. The coffee was fantastic and the donuts were donuts, but the service was sub par. In the hustle and bustle of airport travel, I forgot my wallet at the counter after grabbing my order(which was wrong and had to be corrected.) Once I realized my mistake, I quickly dialed up the Dunkin’ and spoke with an employee who said that they did have my wallet. He knew who I was right away BUT could not give me the wallet without me getting it face-to-face. This, I totally understand, however my ID was in my wallet and I had already left the point of no return for airport security. I asked the employee if there was a way he could get the wallet to me outside in the main airport area. The answer? No. Ok… How then am I supposed to get my wallet back? Neither the employee nor the manager offered a solution or tried to make something happen. After about 20 minutes and getting really upset(it is my wallet with my life in it after all) I approached a TSA agent to figure out a solution who magically came up with the answer. They Dunkin’ people can give it to a security officer to get it back to me(since I had not yet left the airport). I called back. The answer, we can’t leave our post until the end of the shift. Excuse me? You cannot find a security guard or page someone? I proceeded to get really upset and had to hand my phone off to someone else. We ended up having to get Lost and Found and the security people involved in order to retrieve the wallet. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this location. The wallet was left on the counter and no one from the location tried to stop us to give it back nor did they try to offer a solution to help a customer who was clearly distraught. As much as I love my Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, I will not be patronizing this location again due to poor treatment of patrons.

Came here at 5:02 am. They’re supposed to open at 5 am, and there was a group of us waiting for them to open. Finally opened at around 15 minutes past after someone went and talked to the two people supposed to be staffing the location who were apparently just chatting in the back. Immediately after that they started opening the place but it’s obvious that they were planning on just lounging for another 15 minutes because they told us that they weren’t going to open until then, and didn’t start until someone said that they would call corporate. After 5 minutes of them prepping the registers it took another 10 minutes or so for them to get the coffee going. Considering that at an airport even 10 minutes can cause someone to miss a flight, and that they were only up and running a full 15 minutes after they were supposed to and a line had formed outside, this is an incredibly shoddy operation, and has greatly lowered my opinion of the ability of DD as a brand to ensure quality service, if they can’t even do it at a major international airport. I can understand why the two minimum wage clerks would be reluctant to start work at 5 in the morning, but that is what managers are for, and whoever manages this DD is not doing their job.

Just a regular Dunkin Donut with a bunch of donut, bagels, sandwiches and coffee options. Nothing out of the blue to mention about the place. Went here early morning on a Monday before heading out home. There was a queue that had built up but the service was quick and the wait was not long. Ordered myself jelly filled, sour sugar donuts and coffee. All of my order was the regular Dunkin fare and there were no surprises on taste. The place does close down earlier than the other restaurants in the evening. I think on Sunday night they closed down around 7PM. The folks at the restaurant were friendly but I had to ask specifically for my cheque. I would have liked for them to give me the option for the cheque upfront.

This Dunkin is in the airport so they are more limited in menu but they are still good. They are a bit more pricy(due to inside the airport) but they are great to grab breakfast on the way out of town.

As an airport employee, I have higher expectations. I could be an every day customer but today will be my absolute last straw. Rude employees, if you want something you have to wait until they have finished their personal conversations. No consistency, sometimes they close a half hour early, sometimes they close on time. Rude employees. I’m sorry to say it, but I will NOT be returning and I would suggest that other customers do the same. No need to reward bad service.

I am at the airport in Denver and just purchased a Dunkin Donuts small coffee and a cream Halloween decorated donut for just a little more than $ 3. And this was at the airport! What a bargain. Thank you for taking care of travelers at the Denver Airport.

Well hello there old friend. Funny seeing you here. Didn’t you say you were coming to Minneapolis soon? There are plenty of us east coast transplants eager to see you in Minneapolis.

Oh, was I excited to see Dunkin in DIA! Their pastry selection is drastically narrowed to only a handful of donuts and bagels, so if their food is your cup of tea, prepare for(likely) disappointment. The coffee, however, is all there — and the cheapest and most delicious within the airport. In order to make myself a 100% happy camper, I got coffee here and ran to Caribou for a chocolate croissant(my airport«must»).

I love that this place is opened 24-hours! My service and orders have always been great at this location. The people here are friendly. Sorry i’m bias, but the Oreo donut is nowhere as good as Voo Doo’s. Other than diabetic risk when eating this donut, the dough is just not as soft.

When we figured out there was a Dunkin at the airport in A terminal, we were there. Much better for breakfast than the McD’s :) The selection was small and was getting more picked over the longer we stood there, and the line was pretty long, but it moved quickly. The donuts were yummy and fresh, and that was what was important!

Quick, easy Dunkin in A terminal to get my donut fix, yay! The line can get long and the selection is limited, but the donuts tasted fresh and they worked through that long line quickly.

Love Dunkin, but this place does not fill the iced coffees to the top. They also don’t participate in the dunkin donuts points that normal stores participate in.

I love dunkin donuts. This place is in a great location in A terminal. Staff is pretty good, just not as in love with dunkin as i am! Donuts after morning are dry and meh. Coffee is always a great bet! Glad to have them expanding into Colorado again!

This was my first Dunkin Donuts experience so perhaps an «express» location is not the best one to form a formal option from however I am thusfar not impressed in the least by Dunkin. Perhaps it is just the tremendous amount of hype around the brand — but the donuts are just not that stellar. I can find vastly superior donuts at Lamars or Winchells or a handful of smaller, local joints. The coffee, while full-bodied and fresh by fast food standards, is not good enough to justify it’s higher(even compared to other airport coffee options) price especially accompanied with such mediocre donuts. Plus their behind-the-times east coast disregard shows as they serve their brew in styrofoam — BOOO. Even their legendary chocolate glazed failed to impress this casual donut eater. Clearly, we were not missing out all the years Dunkin was absent from CO. On the plus side, the employees at this Concourse A location are very friendly.

I never expected to give a Dunkin Donuts anything less than 5 stars! Expansion is hard, no matter how old the franchise is. I really want to give the place another chance and change my rating… Just go for the coffee. I made the mistake of ordering a bagel with cream cheese. What I got was a cold bagel, rock hard«cream» cheese, and a plastic plastic spoon. I’ve been to the Dunkin Donuts at Boston Logan Airport many times over the past 18 yrs, so I know my standards are high. Unfortunately, the manager at this location has set up the really nice, courteous staff to not satisfy their customers. Oh well, at least we have a few choices here.

Fast and friendly. Same selection as every other DD I’ve ever been to anywhere. I recommend the jelly munchkins.
