Bought the groupon and tried booking an appointment. I tried to be understanding about the language barrier but the lady became very frustrated with me(the customer) because I can only do weekends. Going to try to get a refund for my Groupon. I’m not interested in using this place if they treat their customers with that kind of attitude.

My first experience at this salon was great. I walked in for a main/pedi and everyone was very professional. They did a fantastic job on my nails. My second visit was a disappointment! They were very fast with my mani/pedi, which puzzled me because There was only one other person in the salon. All the other nails techs were asleep In the salon chairs behind a curtain. The lady doing my nails never spoke to me and when she finally did she asked if I would tip and when I did she stated«that’s it?» I was shocked by how I was treated as a customer and will not be returning.

Great location, great décor, great prices! I love how this place is decorated. Every time I’ve come here I’ve been very happy with the service. They have a good color selection. My only complaint is they tend to close before 7, so make an appointment if you’re trying to go around 6.
