Well, I like the idea of Finn’s Manor. I had anticipated the opening of this place for months. Was also happy to hear that my friends food cart would have a regular spot there. When my friends and I went, the place was pretty empty. There was no music being played outside, which made the place kind of blah… I think a fun energetic band playing outside would have really made this place awesome for me.

What a lovely little bar. It’s the kind of spot you want to hoard for yourself. I almost don’t want even want to tell you about it, but… it deserves to be talked about. This funky, fun spot offers both a great indoor and outdoor vibe. The inside bar is dim and homey, and the bartenders are as friendly as can be. The outdoor area is a vast, and open. Their is ample patio seating, but an open area in the back with heat lamps and a roaster. I have only been there during non-prime times, so it has been quiet and nearly empty. Also, for a place calling themselves a «cocktail bar» they are making very tasty mixed drinks! That something that I regard highly, and they are delivering.

Just a super neat and unique location. My wife and I just moved to 5 points and are just agape at all the wonderful places to eat and drink here. Finns is so far the archetype of what makes this RINO so amazing. I will now need to get a second job since I will almost definitely be making this place a regular stop and will need more income to support my habit. God damnit.

Cool new spot. I was really into the décor inside, which gave a little bit of an Austin vibe. It was a little crowded when I arrived, so I’d like to come back and sample something other than beer. It was a little pricey but I think the vibe and uniqueness make up for it. The outside patio was a nice place to retreat to, to get away from the crowds and fortunately they had plenty of heaters! From other reviewers, it sounds like food trucks stop by periodically, so that’s another reason for me to stop by again!

Finn’s Manor is a great example of how businesses are keeping the funky/weird/old feel of RiNo instead of bulldozing and building new. Finn’s used to be someone’s house and garden. they simply gutted the house to expose the awesome brick and put a really nice bar inside. At the bar you can get very well made craft cocktails or some delicious craft beer. Outside in what used to be the garden is a very large patio area with plenty of seating/standing room. There are also a few food carts there for when you get hungry. I particularly like the BBQ one. the brisket chili is awesome! I’ve had drinks at Finn’s a few times now and it has been great every time. weekends and weeknights. Wait hasn’t been bad and the bartenders are very nice and knowledgable.

This is my new favorite place! Nice concept with an outdoor area that offers different food truck options and plenty of seating. They interior is an old house that they turned into a bar with a few booths and tables to sit at. They have a very eclectic beer offering with beers from all of the world. The hard alcohol offering is very large and diverse, you will not have a problem finding a delicious drink there. Very knowledgeable bartenders that have a passion for making good quality drinks, similar to William and Graham and Green Russell without the high price tag. We had a good conversation with the manager there and she offered a couple samplings of liquors and some various rums. It was a bit chilly when we were there but they are working on the heat situation. I can imagine this place a must go in the spring/summer time. Very cool concept.

Fun new bar with a great outdoor area. The inside is small but the outside is massive with some heaters so you won’t totally freeze in the Winter. The drinks are strong and delicious, they also have a great beer menu. The food outside is also great. A definite must try if you’re in the area and are looking for a cool new spot.

Finn’s building is old and cool — to quote the bartender, «I think it was built in the 1800’s but don’t quote me on that.» They have a really nice selection of liquor here. I’m a whiskey fan and they did me really well with a local rye. The atmosphere is great; you feel an old-school New Orleans/French Quarter vibe and that’s extra classy while you booze up. The bartenders are really great. They know their stuff and are quick on the pour, but happy to chat as well. There are some awesome food trucks outside too with fantastic selection and different types of foods. All in all a good spot. Check it out and don’t forget to eat. PS — please let the bartender know I quoted him.

We popped in late Saturday afternoon this past week and greatly enjoyed our visit. The location is hard to miss as the outside is brightly coloured, and there is ample street parking. We found that there was tons of seating outside, though inside is definitely limited. Tricky as it was pretty chilly out and there were no heaters going outside. Our bartenders were very helpful and I liked the cocktail and cider choices. I went for the margarita and tried the playa del rino. My husband tried two beers and then had a whiskey cocktail with a super tricky and long name. The cocktail won him over. We’ll absolutely look forward to returning, though perhaps on a warmer day. I think one of our favorite parts was the music played. Super catchy ‘oldies’ that could easily start some dance parties.

So this is an interesting place. We got there(apparently right as it opened for the day?) and there were no food trucks. One looked to be setting up, we later found another«out around the back» The bar is nice, great beer selection, and I’m sure the hand crafted, slowly made artisanal drinks are to die for. The food set up needs some work. I’m hopeful that things are more ironed out now, we’ll go back eventually and try it. The outside is a random hodge podge of seating, some covered some not. Food trucks seem to have semi permanent housing though one clearly labeled truck spot, was the music stand??? So yeah we went for food and a drink, and had a beer and left because i don’t care how artisanal your BBQ is, $ 18 is too much for one serving. If you’re allergic to flannel, beards, tight pants, beanies, and fixed gear bikes, this may not be the place for you, unless you go when they open. We left as the ‘crowd’ began to arrive. SOMUCHBEARD.

Finn’s Manor has a lot to offer the average cocktailer. Fully stocked bar(check out the tequila selection) and bartenders that know their drinks, even tho they may be a bit cool at first. A nice day drinker atmosphere and the bartenders warm up with each drink they serve. Speaking of serving, out in the outdoor patio area of Finn’s(which is rather large) there is/was a BBQ set up that makes some mighty fine meats. For a ten spot you get a plate piled mile high with all sorts of BBQ goodies. Well worth the wait till 4pm, when they start serving. The rest of the food menu is pretty darn awesome too, come for the cocktails, stay for the food.

I had a sour & funky pineapple sparkling cider here that had almost a spicy kick @ the end. It was $ 12& was served in a nice tall wine glass. I tried a pear cider & some kind of other cider as well that also came in the wine glass but was given with the entire tall bottle of cider. Today, 11÷1÷15, they’re hosting a dia de los muertos event. I really liked the atmosphere here @ Finn’s. They had a pet Yorkie outside that roamed freely & they have colorful lights adorning the entire outdoor space. There is a smaller indoor space with a bar & some booths but the outdoor space is takes up the majority of the«Manor.» The bartender told me about a tequila cocktail they make with the pineapple cider & some corn smut that is served on weekdays(?). I have never seen corn smut used in a cocktail so I thought that was pretty awesome. They serve cocktails with fun names like purple drank & f*** sakes. They have a decent sized wine list & they also serve some beers & ciders from Stem Cider’s. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here because it was fun without being too hectic & loud. I will most likely come back!

Really cool concept. Finn’s Manor has an amazing bar with bartenders who know what they are doing. The drinks are expensive but you can really learn a few things about the types of alcohol and flavors you are interested in by talking to the bartenders. The only problem is because they are doing such complicated drinks it can be a while before it is your turn. Also inside Finn’s Manor are«permanent» food trucks. There is a pork belly truck, bbq, Asian, and hot dogs. A little bit of something for everyone.

This is an excellent place to get everything you crave! They have a stellar bar program which includes a wide variety of spirits and beer from around the world. They’ll also be happy to make you a lovely alcohol-free cocktail if you’re not a drinker. There’s also many choices when it comes to the food trucks. I eat a primarily plant based diet and each food truck has vegetarian options. The Korean food truck has a lovely array of veggies and tofu veggie dish, the Philipino food truck also has vegetarian options, and most of the side dishes at the BBQ truck is vegetarian. There is also a steam bun cart that does tasty curried cauliflower steam buns as well as peanut butter and jelly steam buns. A few days a week there is also a great falafel truck with a variety of falafel sandwiches. I highly recommend Finns Manor –it’s an amazing addition to the food and beverage community in Denver.

This place is on top right now in Denver. Best food and drinks. Great atmosphere. Beautiful people. Why go anywhere else Denver? Best BBQ I have ever eaten. Falafel wrap with Punjabi sauce: blew my mind — no joke. Caramelized Apple sorbet. Pork belly bao bun. Bao bun with peanut butter, raspberry, and corn flakes. Get there after 7 so the food trucks are all going because these people selected the best in Denver.

I really wanted to like this place but was more than a little disappointed. Both me and my friend ordered the Melon Mule and only took about two drinks of it before giving up. I am going to chalk it up to the bartender having an off night. I’ve had plenty of Moscow Mules and have never been as disappointed. As for the feel of the place I really liked it. It is fun and colorful. I would go back and give it another chance(and probably just stick to a beer this time). Unfortunately my friend is not one to give second chances…

Stopped in again Saturday night for drinks & dinner. Drinks were good, but it was a little difficult for me to find something to eat. The 3 food trucks were primarily serving all meat dishes. Being a vegetarian isn’t so uncommon these days. There was one dish between all three trucks I could order. the kimchi tofu which I did end up ordering. I was so hungry, I really wanted to like it but it definitely fell short. Insert sad clowny face. The tofu was essentially slightly warmed up and, crumbled with a light schmear of the kimchi sauce on it. It was really disappointing. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else to eat. I would come back for drinks, but not the food.

It seems my experience is a bit different in that there were no food trucks here during our visit. I could see that as a bonus but I’m not sure that would affect the rating one way or another, or at least I don’t think it should. You could feel the vibe as soon as you walk in. I like the exposed brick, the way the interior is set up, and all the people just hanging out at the bar area while the bartenders are mixing drinks. It sort of reminded me of what prohibition might have felt like, and having that era music playing definitely helped. I loved that there were no TV’s and their patio area is pretty spacious and interesting. I could see this place getting a bit tight on a busy night when it’s cold out. Overall, the drinks were really good and price points you’d expect from this sort of institution.

This place rocks and is unlike any other in Denver! When you walk into the bar, you feel like you landed in New Orleans when seeing the red brick, epic liquor collection, and décor. Out back has a very open and wide seating area with space for 5 food trucks. My friends and I had a blast going inside for drinks, and eating food outside since the weather was so nice. The atmosphere is very colorful and upbeat and great for socializing! One of the best parts of the night was when my dad walked to the bar. Robert Sickler(one of the owners) was making drinks and my dad asked Robert to make him any kind of drink with burbon in it. Without hesitation, Robert made up a drink off the top of his head and served it to my dad. It was INCREDIBLE! My dad said it was the best cocktail he’s ever had in his entire life! It had a taste of aspen or pine or something. Whatever it was, I loved it, and I hate burbon haha! Absolutely cannot wait to come back here. So much fun and a great concept with having the food trucks there.

People have been really talking this spot up and it’s definitely amazing. Good crowd on a Sunday night with one food truck. Drinks were excellent! The bar tenders also knew exactly what I was in the mood for and lined up my drink with what I didn’t even know I wanted:
