Terrible attitude. Did not want to work on my project because it was too small and I told them I was particular about the work. I see from the other reviews that I did not miss anything.

Point taken but next time at the very least try to disappoint your customers with a smile.

Shame on you trying to endanger children with your heavy truck traffic at the proposed building for your new warehouse. Building a warehouse near a school and in a neighborhood under the guise of a retail showroom. Shame.

Stay away from these guys. Two of there trucks were at Southeast Elementary in Brighton, Co driving like they didn’t care there was a school there and causing traffic problems. If they are going to act like that in their work trucks around a school what kind of work are you going to get when they do you floor.

Guy’s did the floor for our new house via the builder. We made multiple appointments with them to select the various items, including the floor.
As part of the selection process, we were shown a sample board for the floor. The good thing was that every time we visited their office, they had all our selections on the table. So we knew exactly what we were getting.
The problems started when the floor was installed. It looked nothing like we had selected. The color was different and the pattern was different. We escalated it to the builder who had the sample board sent to the house. Once we looked at the sample board again, we were convinced that the floor and the sample board did not match.
The builder brought in the experts from Guys flooring for a meeting at the house. The experts basically told me that the sample board and my floor was the same. My floor was dirty since the building process was on after the floor was put in. They promised me that once the floor was cleaned up it would match the sample board and they would put another coat to get the sheen on the floor.
A few days later, I get an email from the builder stating that the floor was what we were promised with a attached photo of a sample board. The photo of the sample board matched my floor, but was not the one I had chosen or the sample board they had sent.
Its been more than a month since our meeting with the ‘experts’ and My call to the experts trying to understand the situation was never returned. They didn’t even do the new coating that they promised.
Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the way these guys handled my case. They made false promises, never followed up, never returned my call — the worst you can think of as far as service is concerned.

Amber — if not calling your customer a month after promising to call and not returning your customers calls and voice mails is your perspective of great customer service — then both guys flooring and I agree on the bar you guys have set.

Guys flooring did a terrible job on my ceramic tile, I can’t even put in new appliances, because my countertops are uneven, my flooring is falling apart. When you call to talk to them, they basically say too bad Don’t waste your time and money on this company! I live in a subdivision with several neighbors with the same problems due to the work of guys flooring!

Our contractor asked us to go here for carpet and hardwood floors. They do good work and have a good selection, but that said, I have one huge reservation about this place. The pricing on everything is completely opaque. NOTHING is marked with prices and you cannot get them until you make an appointment with one of their «designers» making it near impossible to comparison shop with anyone else. If I had not been working with a contractor who was already in their pocket, I would not have gone here.

Guy’s did a great job! The design center experience was fantastic, and even though we had to visit several times to figure out exactly what we wanted, Cathy was patient and helpful and accommodating every time. Guy’s was critical to our success as we put together our entire home of hardwood flooring, wall tile, floor tile, and countertops. Highly recommend.

Everything about the process of working with Guy’s was pleasant, efficient and correct. We used Guy when we picked out our options for our new Stapleton Home. I would recommend and will use them again!
