This happened several months ago, but thought it is appropriate to share our experience now. We had a small job that we wanted design assistance with, so at the advice of a contractor, we contacted PI. During the initial phone conversation, I was asked if we were contemplating a larger job in the near future; I said«no», but qualified it by saying that things can change on a dime. A representative showed up and did a walk through of our home and said that she would be getting back to us the following week. After several calls and texts, we still have not heard from anyone at PI! Apparently, their representative didn’t feel that the job was big enough to even provide a courtesy«No Thank You». The ironic thing to all of this is the fact that, just a few months later, we ARE contemplating replacing all of the hardwood on our main level, plus adding wood to a currently carpeted room. We estimate a total cost north of $ 20k. This is just the flooring and doesn’t include all the subsequent add-ons that seem to be inherent with all renovations. We have found a great flooring guy and quite possibly would have used PI if we hadn’t been treated like we were just a waste of time. Bottom line, if you have a small project, DONOT call Paradigm Interiors. I do not really know the level of service they provide or the quality of their design team. This is simply a review about their level of service, and possibly, their ethics. There are a number of product resources in Denver; do your homework and you’ll find what you need.
