Mitzi and Michael are a great team and I highly recommend them. My hair always looks good and they are a pleasure to talk to as well!

I’ve been seeing Danielle for my hair high lights for the past year. She is excellent with the color and very efficient! Fun to talk to also.
Then I have Rachel cut my hair. I have think wavy hair and after all these years I finally have found the perfect cut. She is warm, and very focused with how she cuts hair.
I highly recommend both!

Lovely salon. Had the pleasure to get my hair cut by Michael! He takes his time and makes sure the finished product looks perfect! He’s brilliant and gives an amazing blow dry. Definitely would recommend this salon!

i found this salon through Unilocal and asked for micheal, since he had some great reviews. i went in with some sad hair and micheal made some recommendations and gave me a basic cut that made my hair happy and healthy again. this was a few months ago and i meant to write a review sooner. Just about to make another appt!

I finally found the perfect salon! Heinz Salon is awesome. Everyone has her or his specialty. They are a wonderful team. Michael did my hair last week for the first time. He was very nice. He knew what I needed to do with my hair. Next week Jennifer will be coloring my hair and Michael will trim and style it. I’m excited!

I am so pleased with my experience here! Michael did my hair today for the first time and he was so nice and welcoming!!! Not to mention he did a phenomenal job on my hair he cut it just the way I wanted it and styled it gorgeously! I greatly recommend this place to everyone!

I get my hair cut and styled at salon Heinz by Michael Charbonneau! He is amazing, he listens to what I want and delivers! I needed an updo for an event and he gave me the perfect Kate Middleton updo. Usually I go in for blowouts because his are the best, plus you can get your hair done and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee while you get pampered! Usually I opt for the hair treatment upgrades. They recently got new reformulated masks and treatments and OMG WOW!!! My hair is unbelievably softer, stronger, healthier, and super shiny!!! I’m never short of impressed by his services. I recommend him to my friends and family and now we all go to him!

Michael and Jenn made my hair look and feel wonderful! I haven’t gotten my hair professionally done in a long time, due to trust issues with other stylists who weren’t very considerate or accommodating to my needs. Both Michael and Jenn were very kind and very experienced.

When I used to live in Denver, Heinz was my salon of choice, so it was a no brainer for me to have my wedding hair and makeup done at Heinz as well. They were able to accommodate my tight schedule for a trial and they took my rough ideas for my up-​do and created a beautiful style that incorporated my headpiece. As always, I felt completely pampered and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff. Also, I really appreciated the staff giving me honest advice on how long of a time to schedule for hair and makeup (my bridesmaids also had their hair done), it helped us better plan our day and made for a more relaxing and less stressful day overall.

I have been here a couple of different times. I used to live downtown and had a place there that I loved. I have been looking for a new place since I moved to Wash Park. Heinz Salon and especially Michael did a great job on my hair. I will be back!

OMG!!! I’M IN LOVE!!! This place I found on reviews on Unilocal and so I decided to try and I’m beyond happy that I did! I got Michael and he did a FANTASTIC job on my unmanageable, unhealthy hair. I walked out of there feeling so good about myself and loving my hair forvthe first time ever!!! I have never left a salon feeling that way before. I was also very excited I got the complimentary glass of wine while I got my hair done! I Def recommend this place if you haven’t found that place you can go back to time and time again. Very reasonable too!

Followed Mitzi for color — she does a great job! Very happy with the salon and service, but it’s inconvenient to not be able to include the tip in the overall price. I have to remember to bring cash, or I have to write separate checks to each person who did the service. I wish they could change that, otherwise I highly recommend this salon!

I followed both Mitzi and Tyler here from another upscale and overpriced salon. I can’t tell how happy I am they are at Heinz! I love them both — best colorist and stylist, respectively, I have had in years. And the atmosphere at Heinz is great. Really highly recommend!

From the skills to the service I love it here! I’ve been a customer here for 5 plus years. Heinz, the owner runs such a customer focused place. Jen colors my hair exactly perfect and Rachel cuts and styles it so great. I don’t know know what I would do without this place. You leave looking great and feeling great!

I am a tough hair-​critic and will spend serious coin for a great hairdresser, so when I give Danielle & Rachel 4 stars, that’s a really big deal! Extremely impressed with Danielle’s artistry skills on my blonde highlights tonight. This was my first time seeing her as I am new in town and I found her by reading another review on Unilocal.All of the usual issues that blondes tend to run into were non-​issues tonight! Danielle is very well trained in her trade/​talented and did a perfect job with my platinum blonde highlights!
And Rachel was so friendly, meticulous and detailed in my hair cut that it is absolutely perfect in symmetry and lays beautifully. It is so hard to find someone who cuts hair so well. Overall I am just over the moon to have found a colorist & stylist that can please this «hard-​to-​please» soul of mine! And… without costing a fortune.
I feel like a new woman!

Mitzi is an amazing colorist. I asked to do a funky color in my hair and she knew exact tone that would go great with my skin tone! Love it!!!

I spend winters away from Denver but I always schedule a mid winter appointment at Heinz Salon. If you’re looking for a personalized, and high quality cut, give them a try.

I continue to receive impeccable customer service from the staff at Heinz. I highly recommend Raechel Hoss, as she is a master stylist and Danielle Liagre, master colorist. My hair has never been so heathy and shiny! I strongly recommend this salon for the best hair in Denver.

Daniele Liagre has been my color specialist for almost 4 years now. She’s a wonder with blonde! I’ll never let anyone touch my hair unless she falls off the face of this hair obsessed earth. I’ve even had people ask if my hair was recently done and it hadn’t been for weeks! My friend also uses her for her shorter hair styles and she always looks fabulous! Heinz is lucky to have such amazing staff! Make your appointment with Danielle today! But please, just don’t make her so busy she forgets about my blondification!
